Rocs were really friendly and accommodating to our specific requests and produced a beautiful ring we both loved. I would highly recommend to anyone. My fiancé and I had searched far and wide for some designs we liked to no avail. We popped into Rocs in Richmond on the off chance and saw a design we both loved but wasn't quite right. We visited the shop a couple of times to get something similar tailored to our own ideas. The staff were attentive and helpful in every way. From ordering in the gold we wanted to finding a sapphire of our favourite colours and making it work with a beautiful final design. The whole experience was enjoyable and exciting and at very reasonable cost!

My wife’s wedding ring got damaged quite badly I took it to rocks and dealt with Sarah she did a fabulous repair job you could not tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend to go to rocks for any jewelry work.
