Tracey and Matt of Storm Baker made all three of our rings. They were so refreshing to visit after having very average experiences in several retail stores. Everything from sourcing the diamonds, sapphires and rubies for our rings to the design and manufacture of them was a breeze. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say you will not be disappointed by using Storm Baker for any of your jewellry needs the service is just amazing and Matt and Tracey are super helpful and full of knowledge.. These guys are amazing! We bought my husbands wedding band off them in 2019. He wasn't sure about sizing or style, but we were living in Auckland and couldn't get to the show room in Christchurch. The team at Sotrm Baker were really responsive and friendly in answering our questions and with advice. They sent up a variety of rings and sizes for him to try, completely trusting we would send them back (which they also supplied a courier bag for free of charge). It meant he could chose a ring that fit comfortably and try different styles. A few weeks ago my husband lost his wedding ring and was gutted. The team at Storm Baker replaced the ring in less than 24 hours of me emailing and even gave us a discount, which was so generous! He was super stoked with the suprise and the small touches (little chocolates, made with love card, ring boxes and jewelery cloth) are also really nice! We can't recommend this family run business enough! We will definitely be using them again!

Amazing amazing company, we ordered rings that we had to get various sizes of and they were so accommodating. We finally settled on a type we liked and they sent us a sample of a new one to test, and were happy to change one for the new design at no cost! Their products are gorgeous and well made, and with a lifetime warranty to boot!

These jewellers Storm Baker - Tracey and Matt - were amazing... when there was a stuffup with the couriers they dropped their whole days work to drive to chch airport to sort things so I could get the ring just in the nick of time! Amazing people and jewelry business ! We originally met the business owners at the wild food festival over 3 years ago and we are very lucky we did. My partner designed my engagement ring with Storm Baker and it is perfect! You can really see the Love and hard work that has gone into designing and making the ring. Thank you very much .
