Gorgeous store, excellent staff and efficient service. Great selection. I had 4 repair jobs to be done (not Michael Hill pieces) that were completed brilliantly. Taina (not sure of spelling sorry) is fabulous. I would highly recommend her, she was lively, bubbly and genuinely shared my excitement, she provided amazing service and was so helpful. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts!

Travelling through NZ been to alot of jewlery shops looking for a watch and just something special to remember the holiday. Normally we're approached and sales staff are extremely pushy! We were served today by Robyn, walked into the store and before asking what we were even looking for had a great 5 mins chat. Not once was she pushy, never suggesting anything just a genuinely great person that made the whole experience memorable! I never normally review places but Robyn your a great lady and Kiara and I appreciated your help today!!
