I had a great experience with Adrian in preparing an engagement ring. He was very generous with his time and walked me through the whole ring making process, perfect for me going in with no idea! My partner adores her ring and wouldn't change a thing. From the beginning I felt like I was in safe hands and I would 100% recommend his service. Thanks again Adrian & Helen!

My partner & I went to see Helen & Adrian at Bethlehem Jewellers Boutique to create an engagement ring. It was such a great experience from start to finish. They are so lovely & go above & beyond to make sure it is exactly what you wanted. We were so happy with the ring it's stunning! Would highly recommend their services.

My partner went and saw Adrian and the team to design my engagement ring and it is amazing! He absolutely nailed the brief and the attention to detail is amazing. I also went with my partner to design my wedding band a few months later and the service was outstanding, dealing with Rosie and Adrian, they always made sure they were available and were happy to help. My ring turned out even better than imagined! I’m constantly getting compliments on my engagement ring and can’t wait to wear the two together! Highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience at this Jewelers. They reworked my mother's eternity ring as it was dated and needed repairing. When my husband gave it to me on Christmas day I sobbed my heart out. It is absolutely perfect and it surpassed all my expectations. It is so modern now and matches my other rings. I had such a lovely experience dealing with the owners too. They are now officially our new family jeweler. Highly recommend this business.

Adrian hand crafted my fiance's engagement ring and it turned out absolutely stunning. He spent time listening to what I was looking for and offering his own suggestions. He sourced the stones and crafted a fantastic piece. The customer service and after sale care from the entire team is second to none. We have since returned to have our wedding rings made as well as purchasing other beautiful pieces. Great team, Quality start to finish.

They made this process super easy and I love my new custom ring and repaired shiny jewellery. I asked Adrian to create a ring that would combine mine and my Mothers diamonds as they have a huge sentimental value to me. With my knuckles getting bigger with age I couldn't wear more than one at a time. We sat down and discussed the picture I had formed in my head, then went back for another appointment to see sketches that Adrian had created. Over the next 2 weeks I had phone calls keeping me up with the progress and then another appointment showing me it in its rough unfinished form. Adrian made a couple of suggestions that I embraced. At the end of that week I went in to see the finished ring and was absolutely blown away, it was even better than I had expected! I am absolutely thrilled and couldn't have asked for anything better. Adrian and Rosie made some changes to our engagement and wedding ring, and the results were stunning! They took the brief of the alterations we needed to make, listened to our concerns and gave really good advice. Adrian's obviously been doing this for a very long time, and his years of experience showed. His attention to detail and his passion for what he does really gave us a lot of confidence in their ability. Rosie's communication was also clear and quick. I first met Adrian in 2015 knowing absolutely nothing about where to start with my (now) wife's engagement ring. As soon as I got talking to him I knew he was a master of his craft! I loved how included he made me feel in the whole process. It's fair to say he nailed the design and execution of the ring and since then he has also created our wedding bands and most recently an amazing diamond ring for my wife's 30th birthday. In a world that online shopping from mass distributers is the new norm, it's inspiring to know that there are still specialists out there to make unique and handcrafted jewelerry like Adrian does so brilliantly. I visited Adrian and Helen to discuss what I could do with jewellery from my Mum who had recently passed away. I wanted to create something special for my daughters-in-law and granddaughters, something they would value and enjoy to wear. Have always been to Bethlehem Jewellers Boutique for jewellery and watch purchases and repairs. In the past the service has been excellent. My husband went the other day for a battery replacement in his watch and was told they no longer do this. It seems it is not worth their while. I will use another jeweller in future.
