The customer service and interaction here is just awesome. I'd been to several nearby (even neighbouring) jewelry shops nearby with a simple request to adjust a metal bracelet watch strap. All too hard for everyone. This place though, undertook it quickly without fuss and at a very good price. Seriously great service and value
