O.Me n my friend went today and had a great experience with a staff member named Pearl! She was awesome. Showed us a lot of options and felt shs actually cared! 10/10
A.We needed a bit of extra patience & assistance & the staff were super kind. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
C.I was served by a young woman whose name I didn't catch unfortunately, but she was incredibly helpful and friendly and advised me where I could find a great burger as well as selling me two pairs of earrings. A very pleasant experience, I would happily go back next time I'm in Wellington!
M.The service I received was great - Ever, the sales assistant, appeared to know her products. My only gripe is that the lifetime guarantee is valued on the 'retail price' and not the price that is paid for the item
B.Didn’t quite find the ring we were after in the range at MHJ Lambton Quay but the manager Harry was incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly. Gave us a lot of knowledge and tips of things to look out for.
