My first purchase in Partridge Jewellers Wellington was an engagement ring 14 years ago, and recently visited the store bought my wife a birthday gift. Here's the place to look for something special and exclusive for ourselves, families and love ones. Andrew, Lucy and the team are excellent, top notch service as always. I so grateful to Mr Raymond Partidge, my honour and pleasure of his visit!

Fabulous service from Lambton Quay Branch. Got a surprise Aqua Terra for Christmas and needed bracelet adjusting. Store adjusted bracelet to perfect size whilst I waited and with no charge. Will definitely be considering store for future watch purchases with this level of service. Thank you so much !

I just bought a watch for my wife at Partridge Wellington over the phone who I dealt with Lucy Paton. The service and knowledge that she delivered was outstanding. She explained very details over the phone and emails. I felt guilty when I was sending her emails after business hours which I only expected to receive her responses the next day (during business hours). Lucy responded my emails within 5 - 30 minutes!! (It might take 10-15 minutes of her own time to write the response). Thank you so much for delivering outstanding service to us and definitely highly recommended to everyone to deal with her. We had picked up the watch from Auckland Boutique yesterday and my wife's so happy with the watch and got it before Christmas. We will definitely come back to her for next purchase.

Have purchased several times from PJs. Have had fantastic service from Nicole at the Christchurch branch. Nothing is too much trouble.....she is patient and happy to give advice. There is never any pressure to purchase - sometimes help was needed to choose the "right" timepiece and her knowledge and enthusiasm has facilitated this. I have had the best experience with Derek Gibb from start to finish. He helped my husband and I with our wedding rings even though we were only two weeks away from the wedding date! Following which, he provided assistance with resizing the ring as well. I am truly blown away by his customer service. In addition, Derek would send my husband and I emails with updates as we were worried we would not get the rings in time. Derek truly made our wedding a success! Would definitely recommend Partridge Jewellers to anyone. :)

Both my wife and I are very happy with the service provided by the Partridge Wellington. Andrew Barrowman, who's a specialist in watches and diamonds, has been extremely helpful, and easy to deal with, too. Especially in terms of sourcing watches and diamonds, you can not find anywhere else in NZ that does a better job than these guys. I bought a few RARE timepieces and engagement rings from there, I have to say they are all fairly priced and never had any defects. Excellent customer service. I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay using one of my existing watches to partially fund the purchase. I had the most pleasant experience from the team at Partridge Jewellers on Lambton Quay while purchasing a diamond ring. The staff were knowledgeable about the products as well as educating me further about diamonds. Although the selection is very large compared to most other jewellery stores I visited we decided to have our ring made slightly different to the one we liked in store. The process was very smooth from them sourcing diamonds to the creation of the ring. I truly love the ring and the quality is beautiful. Partridge Jewellers are my most trusted jewellers in all of New Zealand. I think they nailed the excellent balance of quality and professionalism all while being super friendly and helpful. I live in the south but decided to buy my beloved diamond stud earrings from their shop in Wellington and what a great experience that was! Jolanta was very helpful and professional and went to great lengths to find exactly what I wanted; including sourcing the certified diamonds with the exact specs - all through our back and forth emails until i finally made it to Wellington to meet my lovely earrings... A few months ago, looking at getting smaller everyday studs with similar specs, I emailed Jolanta again and, long story short, my diamonds were sourced and set in the exact setting that I asked for and shipped to me! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Some years ago I saw an advertisement for Ashoka diamonds in an airline magazine. I live in Dubai, so when I decided that I had to have some of these gorgeous, sparkly little treasures in my life, London or New York were closer, but Partridge Jewellers were highly recommended. Really wonderful store! I received a lot of really great help buying my engagement ring! I'm pretty useless when it comes to that kind of stuff. My opinion of a beautiful rock is one that's underwater and covered in paua. I'm a diver, you see. I love to explore underwater places. Sometimes I find treasures of forgotten times, like a handmaiden's mirror, or an antique model of a spitfire fighter plane. I no nothing about engagement rings though! The staff at Partridge helped me pick out an amazing ring for my sweetheart. She was my childhood crush. When I was 11 she went to Africa with her family because her father was a doctor for doctors without borders. I hadn't seen her for 14 years, until last summer when I spotted her in the library reading Journeys to the Other Side of the World by David Attenborough. We've been in love ever since. And now we're getting married.

I asked if they had a specific part for a vintage watch (the part I requested was entirely identifiable by the information i gave them and they did not need to see the watch). However they have a policy of posting your precious watch to some unknown destination, presumably so that they can be satisfied that your watch is what you say it is? If you're looking for an on-site expert with access to watch parts, unfortunately you won't find it here.
