P.Very helpful staff. I did not make a purchase there but just dropped off a watch for repair under warranty. Even though they weren't the original seller (I bought the watch in Australia), they were more than happy to help and I have my watch repaired and back to me within a week with no fuss and no charge. Wonderful people,

M.Visiting from the UK and enroute the pin in my watch strap fractured. I called into the first jewellers we came across and explained the a young male assistant my issue. The gentleman took away my watch and fitted a new pin in a few minutes and on returning it to myself I was amazed that he wanted no payment for the repair. Needless to say I was very impressed.
