A big thank you to Ange for the excellent customer service I recieved at your Lambton Quay store. Attentive , kind , patient, respectful and genuinely happy to help. May 27th I and a work colleague only went in your store to browse I didnt purchase anything . .Ange your amazing customer service is the reason I returned today Friday 28th and purchased three Stirling silver bracelets and two pairs of earings . I took in chain earrings that were tangled and they untangled them for free (I hadn't even bought them there!!) Absolutely amazing service and such great service that I bought a new pair of earrings the next day!!
