A professional, cosy environment. I found Raewyn and Reuben to be a fantastic help when we were choosing our wedding rings. I decided to order a ring to be made, as I wanted to have something slighy different than what they had in store. It is great to be able to have a laugh in the process and have all the questions answered. Thank you Reuben for warmly assisting us with this process!

Great selection of beautiful rings! Ron was such a legend, super lovely and worked with us to check out a full range of rings in our budget :) even polished our existing jewellery for us while we looked through some pieces. Honestly big love to this team!

Awesome service. I needed to get something escribed on short notice and thanks to help from Triss it got completed in time.

The team at Walker and Hall made everything so easy. Paige and Rounak both took a lot of time and care to make sure we picked something perfect for us - and it worked out so well! There were a couple of challenges but these were taken care of so I would definitely recommend going here as the after sale service is also fantastic!

My entire experience at W&H Lambton Quay store was very memorable. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Came in with my sister today to look for some family rings. Was immediately greeted by Rounak, who was incredibly helpful and great company. Big ups to Walker & Hall for clearly hiring amazing staff.

If we could give a 10 star review, we would without any hesitations. 5 stars just doesn’t do justice to the kind of service we got from Rounak at Walker and Hall Lambton Quay. My fiancé and I had the loveliest experience ever. Rounak made sure all our wishes on how we wanted our wedding rings were taken care of and he gave us so many extra thoughtful touches. He gave us such a good deal on our rings too. When there was a mistake on the type of ring that was charged at the beginning, he had no problems accommodating our request to have it changed to the correct type of ring and he was genuinely very happy to do so. He helped us decide on the rings that suit us both without being pushy at all. We just felt very comfortable and special which is what you want when you’re in the process of purchasing such a meaningful item. We are so happy to have made the right choice and have our rings made by Walker and Hall. I cannot recommend them enough :)

I would highly recommend the team at walker and Hall. I visited today looking for Xmas gifts for my family and I was served by Paige. She took the time to show me a range of different pieces and even cleaned my necklace! It was nice to walk into a store were I felt appreciated as a customer. Will be back closer to Xmas for sure!

I broke my bracelet which was gifted to me over a year ago and the team at Walker and Hall Lampton made the whole experience of replacing this for a new one a breeze. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend, the staff at this store are amazing. 10/5 stars.
