Simply beautiful jewellery, simply wonderful service: I can’t recommend Simply Italian highly enough. I have bought two stunning, Italian-made necklaces from Karine over the last year and my Mum has been utterly delighted by both of them. Karine gift wraps and offers truly personalised service at levels you rarely experience these days, offering advice and further information on suitable products if you need it. There are so many beautiful things on offer that sometimes it’s difficult to choose! I will definitely be shopping with them again and can’t speak highly enough of Karine and her team. Simply marvellous!

I only buy my jewellery here now. Love that nearly everything is in rose gold and amazing quality. Supposed to take earrings out for shower but I always forget. Have been buying over a year and no fading/damage.

I would like to share an email I sent to Simply Italian this explains everything. Dear Simply Italian customer service and staff, I would like to express my thanks for your incredible service. I ordered a pair of earrings yesterday Thursday 28th Jan, today Friday 29th jan at 7.30 they arrived. That is exceptional service and very much appreciated. I brought theses earrings over a year ago as the blue stone in the Center reminded me of my mum’s beautiful eyes, she had recently passed away. I lost one a month ago. I looked everywhere for it. When I went back to the store they said to contact you as they thought the earrings were now deleted. To my delight I found them ordered them and in 24 hour had them. Wow thank you thank you thank you.
