Was such a lovely experience-as it normally always is. I was lucky to be served by Angela. She was really lovely, very helpful. I threw a couple of curve balls at her when I presented a e.voucher. A voucher I was given via my phone-not a paper or card voucher. It wasn’t exactly straight forward and she hadn’t come across one before but was most helpful in trying to sort it out. Unfortunately after deciding on Pandora items the voucher wouldn’t allow for Pandora items. She then showed me other pieces in your shop. On top of that I was looking for some earrings for my mum, she was very helpful in picking out pieces I was describing what perhaps my mum would like.

Johnny at Fisher Jewellers was great to work with, after a little false start his suggestion of adding to an existing necklace worked out fantastic with the end result being just what the doctor ordered. I would recommend Johnny and Fishers to anyone who wants jewellery of any description, new or manufactured knowing full well you would be looked after as well as we did. Mike and Diane Robinson

Fishers Jewellers is my go-to Jewellers in Whangarei NZ. I love the variety, especially the Pandora Range as it's not available in-store anywhere else in town. The Staff are always Customer Focused and really help to find the right piece for you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you visit the team there. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

So Happy with the service I received on Saturday from Tina at Fishers Jewellers in Whangarei, I had a problem with a bracelet I had bought from another (Pandora store) Tina was friendly as well as very knowledgeable with all things relating to Pandora also going that extra mile explaining how to sort my problem, making phone calls and sorting out my product & new receipt etc …….I will definitely be back .Thank you

I began the “reshaping of jewellery” process by taking practically everything I no longer wore, into Fishers Jewellers in Whangarei. We tipped the tangle of necklaces, earrings and brooches onto a velvet tray. Fishers incredibly creative jewellers, spent many patient hours with me deciding how it could all be given a new, useful life. I have no words to describe how cleverly and exquisitely they have transformed it all into heritage jewellery to be passed down through the generations to come. I am very grateful for the time and ideas which Fishers Jewellers put into the remodelling of my jewellery. I love wearing every piece. Most importantly of all, all the people in Fishers with whom I have had contact, show such enormous pride in their work and in making their customers feel relaxed, happy and valued. I am so happy we chose to work with Fishers Jewellers. Thank you all. 😊

It was a pleasure to deal with the staff of Fishers Jewellers. I had several items of jewelry fixed & they came back looking like new. The staff were very helpful for another job I need doing & their suggestions were just what I needed. I will definitely go back to them for any other jewelry matters I might need. Excellent!

I went into Fisher Jewellers to look at pandora charms and ended up having my whole bracelet replaced by the lovely Tina, she noticed my bracelet was too small and was able to refund it for a $30 difference on top of that 2 charms. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Any pandora questions go and see Tina she’s a pandora genius.

Amazing service before I even mention the ring :) The staff were amazing and not completely in your face like some other jewelry shops trying to sell you things. My partner and I came in to buy an engagement ring and all your rings were stunning, but you didn't try to push us into an over the top ring which we didn't want and understood what we were looking for. We were expecting to wait 7 days for the ring to be resized but was so happy to get a phone call that we could pick it up the same day and it didn't have to get shipped anywhere as you have jewelers on site. Amazing! We will see you again for wedding bands! Thanks guys you made a special moment even more special

I brought a Pandora Bracelet & a few charms, and being new to this I was pleased to have a very knowledgeable and helpful sales woman whom talked me through the correct braclet size etc.

Just a quote at this stage..... Well bought the bracelet from there originally and the new butterfly clasp was going to cost nearly half of what the bracelet cost originally. Had another jeweler do the work The woman said to us, "well we do have have new owners" We have over the years bought wedding rings, watches and a bracelet from fishers. No more, you lost a customer that day!

I was a bit uneasy going into such jewellery store but after dealing with the very lovely young lady that helped me a lot with choosing varies types of diamond studs within my price range, she had made me feel very comfortable while doing so.

Had my engagement ring sized here which is an exquisite antique passed down from my grandmother and they did such an awesome job! Very 6 and a seamless resize, thanks so much!

I needed some repairs done to some jewelry. Some of it was a little expensive and some of it was costume and cheap as chips but I loved all the pieces. When I took the jewelry into be repaired the women were so helpful and kind. I think the jeweler said something like "it doesn't matter of its expensive or not, if you like it and it brings you joy it's worth fixing. That's the beauty of jewelry" So I have all my pieces back and love the result. One very happy customer

SERVICE BY TINA SUPERB. Unfortunately though the Effpos machine was not working - requited a deal of waiting around, then transaction had to be set up again. Told it would take a fortnight for a ring to be resized. With the exception of friendly service delays nigher in payment or straight forward repair are not confidence building.

Had a wonderful experience today walked in and a very staff member helped me pick the right birthday gift for my daughter in law and gave me some advice about jewellery care. Fantastic job in wrapping the present, all in all a very satisfied customer.

Fishers the Jeweller's has a long history with the North, The original owners and their relationship with Micheal Hill, then Mary and Neville Walker. These owners have given Whangarei a very honorable service. Hence why i always make it my "To Go Shop" i get good service and really good professional advice. A few weeks ago I entrusted Fishers with my Ring- one given by my father on their 25th wedding anniversary, to have it redesigned as a bespoke pendant for my niece to wear on her wedding day. Today I collected it and the finished result exceeded my expectations, it was perfect. Can not thank And recommend fishers enough.

Excellent customer service in Whangarei. History: My husband bought a Lorus watch from Fishers a year ago, for reasons unknown the watch was losing time again & again, even after a battery change. Sent watch back with 2yr warranty, shortly after the Lorus watch was replaced with the exact same but brand new. Now if that is not "excellent customer service from Tina at Fishers on Cameron Whangarei"I don't know what is. Will definitely be buying future jewellery from there. I made my son's watch wrist band short. I bought this in Korea. I was warried its band is too long. The price is reasonable and most of all, they told me if the band size is not fit to my son, she will fix it free. It makes me very comfortable.
