Steve is an incredibly talented and skillful jeweller who not only captured my daughter's personality but also showed a deep understanding of her desire for it to reflect her family when designing her beautiful 21st birthday ring. He designed a ring that far exceeded our expectations or our imagination. It is a very special piece that represents her family perfectly.

We took an engagement ring there for a clean and polish yesterday. The service was phenomenal. Casey had great customer service skills plus we had the ring back in less than 45mins!! it hadn’t just been cleaned but polished as well, not a scuff mark in sight. Steve clearly values putting in those extra hours to make his jewellery stand out. I go to weekly business community meetings where he contributes his time to help other businesses network, and he adds a kaupapa Maori touch, showing how dedicated he is to Northland. Highly recommended.

I was totally blown away with the designs Steve has. I asked for something a little unique and he took the time to explain the differences in the metals, colours and overall designs. Living in Australia I thought might be a challenge with communication but Steve made it all seemless with regular updates. A true gentleman and craftsman.
