M.Claire and Fraser and all the team at Childspace run the best daycare that we’ve ever come across. We should know - we have 5 kids!
This is such a homely, friendly and caring place for our children. The team there are always kind and loving to our two little kids, and considering how cheeky they can be, that is a miracle.
If you want to put your children in an environment where they will look out for each other (children often help others at pick up), make friends (waving and excited to see everyone coming at drop off), and learning at just the right pace, then please get in touch with them. Childspace is just amazing, we knew they were the one for us, the moment we first walked in the door.
C.My daughter has been going to Childspace for two years and we have been so happy with it. The teachers are amazing, nurturing and so friendly. Our daughter often comes home wanting to show or teach us something that she learnt at Childspace that day and it gives us the confidence that she is going to be well prepared for starting school next year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Childspace to anyone looking for quality daycare.
m.It was a big step finding a childcare centre for our daughter, we wanted somewhere friendly and caring but also somewhere that could get her ready for school. Childspace gas been amazing from she was 2 right thru to 5. The staff made her feel really welcome and comfortable while she was settling, and have been amazing educators since. By the time she was school-aged our daughter had made lasting friendships, had the skills required, and was comfortable in a class environment. Childspace played a key role in this development in their care. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
M.Childspace is a true gem! The teachers and owners there are amazing and it's easy to see that they truly love what they do and are passionate about the kids and how they provide opportunities for learning and growing within the centre. They put so much love and effort into what they do, whether it’s through their daily table activities, creating campsites or projects outside, or with their writing club and green table – the list goes on. Both of our kids have loved going there and it’s going to be so sad to leave Childspace when our youngest turns 5 next year. It is such a blessing to leave our kids there every day and never ever worry about them or give a second thought about the quality of care they receive there. Our family would recommend Childspace without hesitation.
S.I sent my son to Childspace and currently my daughter attends their 3 days a week. The team have been an integral part of my Children's growth. My Son and daughter are so different and what I love about their experiences is the team at Childpace treat the children as individuals with different needs, and give them so much respect and love.
What I also love is all the dynamic and imaginative table projects they have going in the mornings, imaginative play, puzzles, painting or creating something spacial like a telescope. They have a fantastic outdoor area.
F.I cannot recommend Childspace highly enough, I think a huge difference makes it being owned and run by local husband and wife with two young kids themselves.
Its given me so much comfort seeing how hands on Claire and Fraser are at Childspace, both present everyday and its always evident how much they truly care about the children, it has such a family vibe about it.
My 2 year old daughter started there just over 3 months ago, it has been such a wonderful positive experience for her so far.
This makes both my husband and I feel so happy she's fulfilling all her learning milestones and social needs to really prepare her in the lead up to starting school.
M.Childspace Preschool was an integral part of the growth of our two children both of which spent years attending. Both of my children continue to do well at school and we thank The Childspace Team for solid foundations. It feels like a family place, because it is. A preschool owned by a Husband and Wife team. Who make the place have a heart!
J.Childspace provides such a caring and positive environment, it's not just the teachers who are very caring, I was so happy to see that my 2 year old was also looked after the other bigger kids. The teachers have done a great job raising those little kids. So relieved that I found a great place for my child.
M.The most amazing preschool! Thanks to Childspace, my son has a true love of learning and is beautifully prepared for school. The outdoor area is a real point of difference too. Can't recommend enough. We will be very sad to say goodbye later this year when our boy turns 5!
A.Both of our grand-children attended Childspace for several years. Owned and actively operated by a husband and wife partnership, and supported by a competent and dedicated staffing team , we know the children both had the very best in pre-school education and care. The high principles set by the owners' example, and embraced by their staff, flow on to the children, and a strong sense of nurturing, respect, sharing and manners was always present when we visited. Their time spent at Childspace paved the way for an easy transition to school for them both .... well-balanced, grounded, polite, confident children who genuinely love to learn; and were well-versed in basic reading and writing skills when they entered the school class-room for the fist time. Hats off to Childspace Birkenhead!
M.I never write reviews, but I can’t go without saying how amazing Childspace is. Claire and her team of wonderful teachers make everyday fun for my daughter. The only problem we have is she that she never wants to go home! I’m so happy I found this place and would’t go anywhere else.
