We are very happy with Grow! Our youngest loves going every day and always comes home full of stories from a day packed with energy and play. She’s made lots of “Best Friends” and loves her teachers. Great ongoing communication and well supported by lovely staff. We’ve needed the help of speech and language therapist who has stated that staff were very open and receptive to our child’s additional needs. The location and convenient access make it easy to drop off and pick up. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love the team at Grow Active Welles Street. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. It definitely feels more like a small family than just your average preschool. My daughter has been going for over a year now and she is thriving in such a positive learning and play environment. Highly recommend ❤️

Our daughter has been at Grow Active Welles Street almost two years and is thriving. She adores all the teachers, and the variety of activities and play environments that are provided. The brand new facility is conveniently located right in the centre of town. The staff are very welcoming and genuinely care about all of the children and their families. We also like that all food and nappies are provided. We cannot recommend Grow Active Welles Street highly enough.

If you are looking for a wonderful childcare centre with beautiful caring staff then you need to check out Grow Active Welles! They make you feel so welcome the moment you walk in the door. My daughter has absolutely thrived since coming here, they have so many great creative activities with so much free play! Plus they cook healthy meals which icing on the cake. Perfect central location too!

A caring home away from home for our daughter. The staff and so kind and friendly and knowledgeable, and always have a moment to talk through any concerns or offer advice. Our daughter loves it here and has built many relationships with staff and other children, it's wonderful watching her develop in such a nurturing environment.

Grow Active is the most wonderful Daycare, the staff are extremely professional, well trained and love the children. The kids have so much fun everyday and are fed amazing food! Highly recommend this center.

We have been with Grow Active Welles Street since the day it opened. Our three children have all attended and they all love it so much. With our middle girl having special needs, Grow Active Welles Street have nurtured and supported her and have always been there to meet all her needs. They have such a respective philosophy and support each child's passions and interests. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!

We have been with Grow Welles St for about 18 months now and they have become a much loved extension of our family! Our kids love their time at Grow and have special bonds with their teachers. Grow is our family away from home, my child started at 5mths old and runs in the door every morning now at the age of 2. The teachers are amazing not only for the kids but for us parents too I can't recommend them highly enough.

I never thought I'd say this about a preschool, but there's a feeling of serenity that you get upon setting foot in the door. Maybe it's the perpetually lighted candles at reception, or the minimalist Scandinavian decor all throughout, but it really does make a difference...and you see it in the children, happily tucked away in their own corners, doing what interests them...reading books, building bridges, painting art - all while being guided by ever-present kaiako. The entire team at Grow Active is just so lovely. Lily and her team are authentic, welcoming, and sincere, and will treat your kids like their own. The only regret that I have is that I didn't send my son there earlier. He absolutely loves Misi, Anita, and Michelle and didn't have any trouble settling in. Grow Active should be the first choice of any parent sending their children to nursery or preschool.

Our son thoroughly enjoys his time at welles street grow active. I love knowing my child is being taken care of in a nurturing environment, with wonderful staff whom have really got to know my child over the past year. The teachers put a lot of time and effort into communicating about what my little one is up to and how he is developing, both through the online profile or by talking to me regularly. My son absolutely adores going to Grow Active Welles St! He claps when he sees the bird on the side of the building and tells me what he's been up to at pickup. I don't have enough words to express my love for the staff at Grow. I was drawn by the friendliness of staff who clearly genuinely care about each and every child in their care, and the smiling happy faces I saw on my visits while enrolling my son. I love that staff incorporate Te Reo throughout the day: "Kai" is a favourite word in our house. Transition from home days to some days at Grow were simplified by the willingness of staff to help us every step of the way. Bonuses for me are the proximity to CBD, convenient parking for drop offs and pick ups, beautiful rooms, and the best outdoor space my little busy boy could possibly desire.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. My baby flaps his arms in excitement every time I drop him off. Nursery staff is wonderful, especially Lucy. Beautiful new facility too. Great option for parents working in the CBD with the lowest child to care giver ratio I could find
