We were unhappy with our previous childcare provider whose approach left our children disengaged and frustrated. We arranged a trial at Kiwi Kids and the improvement was immediate and clear to see. The children have large, interesting areas to play in especially the outdoor playgrounds which are brilliant. The staff are caring, engaging and help encourage the children to push themselves in their physical and mental development. Our boys may come home a bit grubby but they are happy and proud to tell us about their daily achievements. An additional benefit is their online feedback. We get regular updates and photos of our children in the form of online "stories" through a secure web site. These are cherished by the boy's grandparents back in England.
