I have used Endeavour for house washing for a few years and they Always provide an excellent service from quoting, booking and through to the completion of the work. Shout out to Josh, he provides outstanding service and goes above and beyond to ensure the works is completed correctly and his communication if something arises is excellent. I wouldn't use any other company.

It took 3 attempts to get the gutter cleaning job completed. As it was a rental property I wasn't there to see if they turned up, each time. We fortunately climbed on the roof to see what the job looked like, and found each time it wasn't done. The manager came in the end to do the job. Don't get anything done unless you can get up on the roof and check for yourself. We also had a roof report done, but got a second opinion and found a lot of the work didn't actually need doing. I only give 3 stars as the dept manager did step in and do a good enough job of the cleaning.

Have used this company several times for pest control, gutter cleaning and housewashing. Excellent customer service, booking process handled efficiently and competent service people who turn up on time, confirm work to be done and advise of any issues and answer queries. The guys from Endeavour Electrical Services were just fantastic to deal with - I can't rate them highly enough The service was top notch, emails were answered promptly and nothing was a problem. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism when using this company to water blast our house, drive way, pathways and glass pool fencing. The young worker was polite on time and very willing to do the best job possible. He was approachable and friendly . This is a big job that normally we struggle to get done in time for Christmas , we will not hesistate to book again next year. Ten out of ten for us.

Book for a Combo House wash on 9th November . Very happy with the customer service right from booking to cleaning job. Having a 2-storied property, it was difficult for the cleaning guys to position themselves on the upper roof. Endeavour Services managed to overcome this and sent out a particular service man to carry out the work required. I was pleased with the result and the only gripe I had was that the concrete wasn't cleaned up properly afterwards. There are certain standards of 'cleaned up properly' and his standards didn't match mine but on the whole I was pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this exterior cleaning company to others.

They came to clean the roof. It was raining. They reschedule the job. Couple days later, one worker came to clean the gutter, when he try to clean the roof, it was raining again. Of course, reschedule. Then someone came to wash the wall of my house, when he want to make the treatment for roof, raining again. Finally, the job has been done. I want to say, thank you very much for your great effort.

We are really pleased with the house wash (even the windows are sparkling), the gutter clean (a difficult job with all the cedar needles that collect in our gutters) and the roof treatment which has just been done today. Very professional.

From visiting the site and getting a competitive quote to me within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, to doing a fantastic job in a timely manner and clearing the site so you couldn't tell any builders had been on site, I was thrilled with the service and the work from start to finish. I have a Construction business and needed an area cleaned as part of a contract I have with a huge retail shopping Centre. Shane and his team were called for an urgent cleaning job and he arrived immediately. Work was done to a high standard and really professional job. Highly recommended.

I requested a gutter clean as I thought there was a blockage at one of the down pipes. I even sent pictures. I assume the gutter was cleaned as there was green algae on the roof. There was a down pipe which keeps slipping down. All that was done was push it up which I can do myself and have done several time. The disappointment came from no business card or similiar left to indicate someone had been. All I got was an invoice which did not include a report of work completed. I had to ask several times to find out what actually was done and the condition of the guttering check. Communication was very poor and there doesnt appear to be communication between management, staff, work men . I would be hesitant to use this company again. It has now rained again & the water is still not going thru the down pipe. Seems it wasn't cleared at all. Definitely would not use this company again.

We had 3 different roofing company's come and look at a leak in my home in the last few weeks. I had been told on 2 seperate occasions the leak wasn't caused by the roof. When it started leaking again in the heavy rain, I called this crowd. I had a young man arrive on site, and within 20 minutes of arriving he had found the problem & fixed it. It has not caused an issue since. Excellent work. Couldn't ask for a more hassle free service.
