A.Always quite busy in the carpark. Seems to be very narrow and awkward for a location that has a lot of people with trolleys and loads to put in their cars. Store is well laid out and team are helpful. Food is yummy in the Cafe. A favourite for us

2.Picked up 2 Philodendron Pink Princess. It's good they have some less common plants and a few other things you won't find at your run of the mill plant shop

T.It has a surprisingly good café with adjoining kids play area, a great spot to consider whether or not you really need that extra ficus. Plants here aren't the cheapest but they're generally in good condition and there's decent variety. There are a few water features (the main feature being their price) fancy plant pots and a limited selection of landscaping supplies.
A.This is a lovely garden centre, homeware and cafe. A very pleasant place to visit.

G.Good place to shop, the staff are friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. Plenty of selection of both indoor and outdoor plants and supplies, although they tend to focus more on the decorative plants than fruits/vegetables. Prices are a bit higher compared to other places like Bunnings and we found the top soil isn't of the greatest quality, but otherwise everything else we have bought from there has been great

Plants,fresh flowers,, all you need for your home and garden. Helpfull staff.
C.Very busy which is a good sign,nice atmosphere open space with heater's all around the seating areas. Had a flat white and carrot cake which was one of the best carrot cake I have had in a long time. Coffee was nice and fresh can't complain,will be happy to go back again.

A.You can now smell the soil of the giant pot that the store was planted in. I don't think it's been watered for some time. It's festering, and the shadows are a growing restless. You may utter prayers when you arrive, though do not make them audible. The cafe is very nice, and the staff are very friendly.

T.Good plants ,prices ok, would not honor a 100 dollar gift employees gave 2 years ago. Great profit margin for them. Don't buy gift certificates from them.

J.Excellent range of plants and helpful staff. Great facilities with change table for mums and dads (thank you Palmers, a change table makes it so much easier for a busy young family). Cafe is great. Good place for gift buying also.
A.Been there twice and both times the food wasn't very good. However Palmers have given us our money back and the next time a free coffee. Otherwise the garden center is well laid out and the shop had lots of interesting items in it. Somethings are a bit pricey.
J.Lots of novelty stuff which you won't get at other garden centres. Cafe is standard and seems popular. The prices for plants are expensive from my perspective and not sure how they remain competitive. Maybe it's the other things they sell.
D.So far the nicest cafe I've ever been to, from customer sercice to the meal, lovely. Reccomend to anyone.
R.A wonderful place to visit for lunch and an iced coffee. Heaps of things for the gardens. There is ample seating but you need to be early to grab a seat as it is very popular. A few fans would help as it is very hot under cover on a nice sunny day. Loved the place and will definitely be going back.
Y.I love coming here early mornings or to just unwind during some downtime. The cafe situated in the centre of the store has great seating a a nice small assortment of food. Wide range of fruity plants and small seasonal vegetable pots. Staff are very well in the know and have had great discussions with some on sprouting.

J.Coffee and service is always good. We had the early bird breakfast for $15. Very generous portions and everything delicious. Definitely recommend as a great place for meeting friends.
D.I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful in all areas of the store. Today I was very impressed with Julie. I purchased a Rose plant. I could of probably chosen a better one, but after losing my 12 year old dog recently, I wasn't in the best frame of mind.
Julie exceeded my expectation by trimming the dead leaves and flower and making it look presentable, and when establishing it was for a gift, she immediately went over to the wrapping station to gift wrap the pot holder. It looked fantastic!
Julie is very customer focused and efficient. A true asset. Thank you for the great service and providing me with a positive shopping experience.
J.Plenty if parking spaces here. We went there for lunch. We were disappointed because there was a strong smell of wet manure. Of course this probably can't be helped but it tainted the food. Also chef needs a lesson in scone making, rather unpalatable. Shop is beautiful, had fun browsing at all the lovely things.
c.Our favorite weekend place. Really relaxing 😌 plant shopping, very friendly people and the cafe has the best chips in Auckland, no joke, try it!

The only thing that kinda dropped a star was a staff member standing at the service counter, eating her morning tea and having a loud chat with the chef (munch munch chat chat munch munch.) Just not very professional.

H.This is a beautiful shop to visit. We had morning tea outside in a covered area with a warming fire going on a showery day. Great coffee and food selection plus good service. We purchased vegetable and herb plants and then I spotted a scarf in the shop and had to purchase it. There us a large variety of gift ware and items for sale that are just that bit different from most other stores. After I had paid for my purchases I remembered we were going to friends for lunch and went back and found a posy of flowers for $20 to take! This store is a fantastic place for all ages to visit and enjoy - there is even a children's play area!

J.We're regular customers and today for the first time had some food at their botanix Cafe. We like the place despite its a little pricier than the local competition. The staff actually can help you and will never find you new plant came with free bugs (like e.g. at the warehouse). Food and coffee were outright excellent and the play area makes breakfast there enjoyable also for parents.
Only 4 stars because prices could be somewhat lower.

T.A good one stop shop garden centre. All types of plants, tools, outdoor furniture and more. Also has an exceptional cafe with good food and coffee. Only negative is a number of tables are always reserved constantly

B.Amazing atmosphere! My boyfriend and I went to buy Chili plants and pots and walked away with huge smiles on our faces. So much to see, amazing variety. Could spend hours in there!
M.We had flat whites with syrup, tea cake, bacon and egg pie, fries and aioli. Everything except the pie was superb, pie baked a little too long in the oven but still edible. Go here every few weeks and the homemade baking is very good 😊
M.Lots to choose from. Their pepperomias were what I was looking for. The plants are all healthy and shiny. You have to get one from there.
S.Went for breakfast, coffee was ok, the grill and paleo options were both tasty and good sized dishes. Great little playground adjacent to dining area targeted at children 6 and under.

M.Met a family member for coffee, average experience. Wanted to grab garden stuff whilst here - it was quite pricey. Big range of pots for the outdoors. Could not find plants I wanted but might have been out of season. Not as many staff members as other plant centres. Confusing to get to as pulled into it from main road and turned left into a driveway that went no where. Got stuck trying to leave also. You cannot drive to the end of the carpark down the left hand side of the plant centre.
B.Lovely coffee and muffin at Botanix Cafe, bought a small succulent the potting mix was bone dry, plant was 'wobbly' and then flower spike fell off, disappointed.

S.The shop is very deceiving from the outside as it looks very small. Inside though it is very large and has a great selection of plants and supplies. The staff are very helpful and their plant knowledge is good too.
