One of my favourite garden centres in Auckland. Quite big with a huge variety of plants, gardening supplies and decoration. Staff are helpful too.

Love the Palmers Remuera nursery. Purchased a wonderful planter and plant to match. The service was great and the owner gave me a generous discount.

Great place to sort out all your gardening needs. All types of plants, easy to get around and seem to have no problem getting a parking spot. This is one of my local gardening centres and even though I do visit the others, I will still continue to come to this one as well.

What a fabulous experience ordering some plants by email, for "click and collect' from Palmers Remuera. My helpful assistant Sasha went above and beyond to try and help me get a variety of plants to suit my needs and was professional and knowledgeable in her recommendations. Although this is not my local store, I will definitely use Palmers Remuera in the future.

I love this place, huge range of plants, friendly environment.

Helpful staff- once you track one down!! Good selection. Nice cafe too.

Online order took around 3 days. Click and collect was easy. You can also drive up and get many different products without going online. Great setup.

I don't think I spent enough time here today!!! I am absolutely inlove. The drive from Howick to here was well worth it. Such a good range of decor, plants and flowers. That I was on overload. They had a Christmas section chock a block with decor and a choo-choo train!! I came for the succulents and they didn't disappoint. The cactus area was just so well done. Coming back again sometime to update my succulents collection and next time I'll check out the cafe.

Top choice of gifts for all people at all prices ( low to high) and top coffee to drink as you browsed. My idea of shopping

What a lovely sanctuary! Brilliant staff. Excellent carved out pathways for strolling through the garden and accessible to the cafe. Ample carpark and lots to see and treat yourself to the beautiful plants and flowers.

Busy place but found a seat inside. Enjoyed my stuffed kumara for lunch even though the waitress called it kum -ar-a, with the emphasis on the ar! Service was attentive and coffee good too.

Pleasant. Lots of non-plant gift items for sale. Don't pour tea into cup while seated at out door cafe garden tables. When full pot spout drips, through slated table, straight on to your lap.

Great plants with good variety. Excellent cafe with good coffee. Really disappointing to discover they do not take Palmers loyalty card. Was told store is franchised and owners chose not to have cards. Would have thought all stores would be run the same. Won't but plants there again.

Great little coffee shop. A lovely nursery with knowledgeable staff

This a consistent favourite of ours. The dining room is a bit cramped and dark, but the outdoor areas are great and the food is too. Standard Cafe fare, but done well. They have a kids play pen area. It's really only for younger kids, but our 5 and 7 year olds still enjoy it. Enjoy a wander around the shop after your lunch. They have interesting stuff, even if you're not in to gardening.

Love this place great selection and best prices in auckland, I've shopped around. Worth joining the palmers club rewards are excellent. Have a 4 year old who loves coming here.and seeing the different plants and fountains. Easily spend an hour her browsing

Great place to find the plants you want and to stop and meet up with friends for a cup of coffee or lunch.

If you need expert advice about anything flora and fauna, go here. Great prices with beautiful, well kept plants. There is also a good selection of gifts, pots, outdoor decorations, and anything else you need (or didn't think you needed) for your garden. Gift wrapping is available. Head to the cafe inside for a cuppa and a bite to eat. It has good gluten free and vegetarian options and room for groups. Accessibility-wise, it feels a bit cramped, but the staff are accommodating and helpful. Accessible parking and entrance available.

Delicious sweet muffin and great coffee. Wish we had had longer to browse around the gift shop but were time short. Will definitely return.

A wide range of indoor and outdoor plants along with a display of water features and outdoor pots. The cafe is a must to visit when you come here, with indoor and outdoor seating which is comfortable and has ambience. The staff are helpful and the coffee is hot! This is always crucial for me and will be the decider for a return visit or not...Good job Palmers..

Palmers had the item I could not find anywhere else. Good parking week days. Lovely Cafe. Nice selection and well presented and specific areas to shop in. Some of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable but best not to ask any technical questions of the younger ones at the checkouts! Prices were comparable with other garden shops.

Palmers is a must-visit garden and garden supplies depot if you are in Remuera. It is serene and beautiful, which is not the case for its fantastic café. Yes, the products are overpriced, and not everyone will be visiting as customers, and that is absolutely okay, as simply seeing what Palmers Remuera offers is more than just enjoyable.

Always enjoy the coffee and food here. Great service by Falguni, the staff always really look after you.

Lovely place, they have a huge variety of plants and garden accessories. The prices are nominal too. I had to give Palmers just 3 stars owing to the billing staff. I suppose they weren't trained to gift-wrap, or they were just too demotivated to do anything today - either case Palmers is responsible. I saw my gift being crumbled and wrapped with neither skill nor any motivation. Pics attached - it was a waste of gift wrapping paper and 20 minutes of my time.

Lovely garden centre to roam around in, cafe a nice spot too

Reasonable priced plants that are well maintained by professionals who definitely are great at what they do and can always give you tons of tips on maintaining your plants, especially Manu who was really helpful every time we talked to him. Also, Jonathan helped us with our landscaping project and was really flexible to help do it as economically as possible.

Most of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable - a few look as though they would rather be aaaaanywhere else, but don't let that sway you, because the second you ask anyone a question, they're quick to answer. Aside from being quite expensive on anything sold there that isn't a plant or a bag of potting mix, they're not half bad!

Lovely garden centre and gift shop to visit and browse though overpriced. Nice Cafe though expensive compared to other Remuera cafes.

Had lunch with group - service was excellent, food tasty and coffee really good. Shop has so much variety and garden staff well informed and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant day.

Great garden centre and cafe. Food in the cafe is perfect, to many great choices, just want to take all the deserts home!! Big selection of pots, indoor and outdoors plants, garden bits etc. Cosy environment. Nice place to take a walk from around the Coastal walkway or Oraki basin.

Great selection of plants and advice

Amazing place to visit. The service and food in the cafe was exceptional and there is a great player area for the kids. Browsing around the garden Centre there are so many things to see if could have spent hours there I will have to go back again and have a proper look.

Garden centre is okay, has a wide variety there. Cafe is terrible. They advertise being NZ Herald's #1 cafe, but clearly things have gone down hill since 2011. The sort of cafe I'd have expected to find in small town NZ maybe 10 years ago, definitely not up to modern standards when either food or coffee are to be considered.

The help desk staff is very friendly and helpful, while some will blatantly ignoring you - even immediately looking away from you when locking eyes. The price is a bit dearer compared to King's Plant as well as Bunnings but they have several stocks uniquely stocked

For potted plants they have a very good selection as well as lots of seasonal seedlings. But cafe is expensive. The burger costs more than buying from burger fuel or murder burger.

Pretty average quality of plants and maybe because of time of year a fairly limited range. Expensive. Eg a 4 litre bottle of 30 seconds was $20 more than I got it from Mitre 10.

Always a high standard of food and selection for the most discerning clients coffee of the highest standard. They take great pride in this cafe its one of the best.

I was looking for a unique indoor plant for a gift. I received excellent advice from the friendly and helpful staff.

Cafe has nice food, but I would say borderline stingy on the size considering the price.

Only problem we found was at the time we arrived they had a delivery which blocked the entrance to disabled parking so we had to do a three point turn in a large van quite tricky

Not really any place to compare as this is the only one of two around. It's quite average and service is the same. However I have hit my head multiple times on hanging pots and decorations hence my 3 star.

The service was amazing. The lady who helped me pick out a rose topiary to remember a loved one was extremely warm, helpful & friendly. Thank-you so much, it is perfect 🌹

A lot of awesome stuff (particularly homewares), kind of unexpected in a garden centre. However hard to find your way around, did many loops trying to find cafe!

I had a great experience at Palmers Remuera. In particular I was helped to pick a rose by a gentleman who had an encyclopaedia knowledge of roses, and an obvious love of them. A true rosario. Thankyou do much.
