Just received my second order today and once again I am so happy! Beautiful plants, so healthy and packaged really well for shipping. I absolutely recommend The Plantbase for lush, happy plants at affordable prices and the team are so helpful and friendly...I look forward to many future purchases.

Love this place, like a little hideaway amongst the malls & shopping centres nearby. Staff are so helpful & friendly and always down for a chat, serve kōkako coffee too. Prices can be slightly higher than bunnings etc but they are cared for so much more & higher quality I’ve found. I love when they do the small cuttings for sale, makes it more affordable & get to take home a bunch more plants 🌱

Great selection of plants. Quick delivery. Their customer service is amazing. They helped me out when I was probably in the wrong. I highly recommend these awesome people.

The Plant Base is a welcome oasis amidst a concrete jungle with the best coconut coffee I have ever tasted, plus a wide range of indoor/outdoor plants, sustainable lifestyle products, gifts and more! I have recently purchased a 100% organic cotton T-shirt, mesh produce bags, solid shampoo and conditioner bars, a bamboo toothbrush with its travel case and sampled the Shakti mats (the carrier bags are perfect for shopping trips, too) and the bamboo fibre socks (insanely comfortable!) I am also slowly amassing a collection of gorgeous Dracaenas in my home. I really enjoy the atmosphere here and will certainly be making The Plant Base a well-frequented hangout!

A plant lover's dream - so many lovely, gorgeous plants to look at and a variety of cute pots to tempt you while waiting for your coffee. Perfect for the vegan or the dairy free, as they only serve plant-based milk. Absolutely lovely coffee in my opinion, as it's a refreshing change from most cafes that burn soy milk! And yes, I did end up buying more than just coffee ;)

Absolutely fantastic! We were left to our own accord to wander & browse this beautiful store, and when we had questions, we received such great knowledge & felt like the attendant when above & beyond making sure our needs were met. The only downside? Too many beautiful plants to choose from! Can not recommend highly enough! Thanks team

Seriously the best plants I have ever purchased and at a reasonable price too. The Plant Base shipped my order from Auckland to the South Island with great care and expertise. They arrived in perfect condition and were so big and healthy.

This store and these guys are awesome. Met them at long bay market then went to the shop and got a whole load of plants for the apartment. So knowledgeable, great advice and such a great store and coffee. Also reasonable prices. Really best in class. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks guys ☺️

Very cute and awesome store! The coffee was absolutely fantastic to be honest, not burned, just perfectly done, one of the best I've had in Auckland honestly. And the whole store is just super cool, with a very chill vibe

What an awesome little store! These guys have done some great work with the space they have and made it feel like walking into the closet from The Chronicles of Narnia. 😂 The passion for plants bleeds through from the extremely polite service I received and oat milk coffee might be the only thing I drink now. 👌🏼 Definitely worth a visit! Will be back soon.

I placed an order on the 21st April, called today as had not been delivered (were obviously having trouble with delivery timeframes over this period as many people are). They said they would get back to me, they did and then hand delivered my plant to me in Parau, which is quite a drive from Albany. Beautiful plant and pot, very happy. Would absolutely recommend.
