K. T.A big well done to Chelsea Robertson, who assesses and organises everything, and then the team on the day: Jack, Ryan, and Callum, plus Terry the hi-ab operator who is from Tree Care Crane Hire. I live amongst trees, and always call this company because they're straightforward and good people, and I trust them.
I had four huge palm trees to cut down and remove. Everyone turned up exactly on time, were super-courteous, followed clear Health and Safety protocols, and had the job done in half a day.
My only suggestion is that the the team focus on a complete clean-up as much as everything else. That is the final cherry on the cake for me as a customer, and leaves the final impression.

The team showed great skill and expertise pruning and thinning a very large golden elm tree, which still has a lovely natural shape but now also lets light through, giving the grass below a chance to recover.
I was impressed when the team leader called back to base to get protective sheets brought to site to protect the very soft ground from damage from the portable chipper that was needed in the back yard.
I was also very impressed with the time and care taken to ensure that just the right branches were pruned in one part of the tree to maintain privacy from the neighbour.
A professional job, very well done. I will use Pro Climb again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

K. L.I’m extremely happy with the work Pro Climb did in my yard which is in SEA and thus has many very tall trees. Before, trees were blocking out sunlight and endlessly dropping dead branches. After, there’s a very clear and wide opening in canopy letting in lights, and even after particularly windy weekend there’s no fallen branches littering my yard.

The trees are looking now tidy and natural. I'd mention specifically the clean-up after they finished. One of the trees is a pretty large magnolia, it had always lots of leaves underneath, I can imagine what kind of mess was after the guys thinned and trimmed it. However, when finished, everything was in an ideal order.
And on top of everything, the service with a smile. Moreover, a smile from each of the team. Thank you, guys!
