S.Friendly helpful staff. Always find something good plants!
H.This is my favourite Orderings. It seems to have the most at home atmosphere. The service has always been great here with staff walking around ready to help you and inform you. They are good at asking for help from other staff when you ask a question that is a bit beyond their own personal knowledge.
C.Staff were lovely and gave our grandchildren a treasure hunt game to play outside amoung the plants. They loved it and it made you go around all of the plants, not just the one a you would already see. So the kids would say which ones they liked and why. When they finished the treasure hunt, staff gave them each a small pot with a seed in it and you add water to watch it grow. They still check on it every day. 😁
M.I took a bottle of plants feeding in my bag without noticing it and didn’t pay. Called the store and ask them to take out from my card, they said don’t worry just pay for it when you coming in again. Thank you so much for your trust! :)

S.Lovely staff excellent service and help great store laid out and the kids playground was available. Which is always an awesome treat when you take the kids in our case ours are usually right next to us but arnt the ones to run around a store either but when given permission will play on the playground and return to their parents intermittently or stay at the play area until we return often the likes of a garden centre though they run To us to make sure we get some of their plants and seeds they want. And oderings makes this a family friendly option for all to enjoy lots of variety and other such things available plus the cafe is beautiful. Additionally great prices and loyalty programme helps and beenfots all those loyal members thanks oderings you are stars.
P.It's always a pleasure the staff and the variety of plants just make my day some of the smells people are so good. The staff are always going out of the way too make your visit unforgettable. 😎😎

A.I cannot rate this place highly enough! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm a complete plant novice and they spent ages with me, looking at my garden layout plans and making suggestions about what plants would be suited to different areas. They really listened to our requirements and gave us some great suggestions. Special thanks to Janine, Jill and the nice man (sorry, I can't remember his name). Very special thanks to Jill, who's so knowledgable and helped us design our awesome front garden. We'll certainly be back again.

A.good place to buy your garden needs. bit pricey but reasonable as they have their own nursery
N.Went there a couple of weekends ago. Really good venue, the hothouse with the tropical plants was really nice and warm and 'tropical'. The cabinet food was good and the service was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I deducted a star was because the kitchen closes after 2pm (could still do cabinet food), which seems odd given the place is open much later. Anyway we would definitely go back again.

R.Very nice visit. They will help if your caterpillars are short of food, as they have plenty of Swan Plants to eat there. You may buy your own Swan plant or leave your baby caterpillars.

J.We were at the new cafe. The staff were very pleasant but they haven't quite got the service sorted out. One of my friends waited a long time for her coffee and another saw people who were behind us served with their tea first. The food and coffee is good and the setting great in the conservatory.

A.Once you got used to the new layout outside all was well.
F.Always a great place for plants both indoor and outdoor. Also have a range of gifts and everything you need for your gardening pleasure. Only thing I found a little lacking was their range of pots for indoor plants but they more than made up for it with everything else.

f.Oderings always has a great variety of plants on offer and you can get super bargains in the annual sale. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about gardening. Too bad Mr Odering doesn't honour the Easter Break that other local business owners keep.

I.Best nursery I've ever visited. Huge huge huge collection. Healthy plants and every product you could ever need relating to plant life. Super impressed with the helpful/knowledgeable staff.
W.I came to Oderings looking for a peace lily for my mother, Initially I was told that there weren't any left due to them being out of season so I decided to go for something different, however when I got to the counter the young girl there redirected me to where they are, helped me pick one and even gave me suggestions on where to position it and tips for looking after it. We then found a more suitable pot to put it in to make it more presentable. I'm sure she could clearly tell I know absolutely nothing about plants and tried her best to make the experience as easy and understandable as possible, in my opinion she went above and beyond to help me choose the best option given my lack of knowledge in this area and I sincerely hope that she and her superiors read this and ensure she gets some kind of praise as this was one of the best shopping experiences I have had.

R.Great coffee, delicious food and the staff are great. The conservatory is a beautiful and sunny spot for a quiet reflection time or an outing with the ladies. Great for older people and young people or families alike.
