Great store, great service, their plants are great value for your money

Visited it near closing time. Still got really good attention to a Raspberry pest problem. They did not have a solution but took my details. They followed up with a call and provided information on what they had found out. This is exceptional customer service.

Both the garden centre and Cafe are well worth a visit. Good food and beverage choices plus a lovely relaxing area to enjoy them. The plants are healthy and found a few I hadn't seen elsewhere.

Last time we went I gave them a 5 star. Now only 3.staff not friendly as last time. Coffee was ok , food was good , nice selection of food in cabinet. Just not the nice atmosphere as last time.

Great selection of plants and the staff are very helpful. They have many other stores as well so if they don't have everything you need or the required quantity then they will ring another branch and check stock levels there for you. Sometimes they have specials advertised which can be up to 50% off which is great. The Cashmere garden centre has a nice cafe which was only recently built.

great nursery with a wide variety of plants and garden supplies. The staff here are really knowledgeable and willing to help out. We went in with our mind set on a specific type of plant for an area in our garden and when the we told the staff member they helped us choose a better plant that would be more well suited to the shady location. and they have a great rewards system/loyalty card too.

The most amazing young lady helped me, I was trying to find the right tree for my front yard and after I told her my requirements, she had lots of suggestions. I had done some research but never thought of some of the trees she suggested nor the one I eventually purchased. Fantastic Staff, good on ya Oderings!

Last time I was there, the assistant looked at us then answered the phone and disappeared. Never to be seen again. The woman behind me said," that was weird". So we waited and left. Did. Not. But. A . Thing. Yesterday was much better. Glenys and Alison couldn't do enough and still no sign of mysterious disappearing server.

Was lovely in the cafe Wonderland. We sat for some lunch and made a booking for this xmas brunch with our small group. Friendly staff, yummy food and love the quietness about the place alongside the furniture seating inside. Its a great place. I enjoyed it here.

Great staff, great plants... Staff have a large range of knowledge and can answer almost any garden related question. The cafe is good and does Thai food in the evening. If they don't have a particular plant, ask, they often can get it for you.

We didn't check out the cafe here, but the rest of the place was great. The usual wide range of plants, seeds, fertilisers, and all the other thousands of gardening things you could ever use. Prices were good. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of parking.

A thumbs up to oderings. I have found both the products and staff of the highest quality here. Prices have become generally much more competative over the last few years without any drop off of quality. My first visit to the Christchurch cashmere branch was very positive with good advice on products and helpful and well trained staff. Will be returning again. Well done.

I love Cashmere Oderings great stock not too old & foliage great colours. Staff excellent -- quietly in background but very helpful when approached. One of the few places i shop where i dont feel "stalked" (even the bank stslked me last week ). Nice coffee shop with character.

Finding plants for shade and clay soils hard work. Every plant was in the sun. Need info sheets. Things blown over, not picked up. Bit pricey. Good selection of gifts. Plants looked healthy. Plenty of empty spots in the seedling area.
