Reviews of Common Unity Project Aotearoa Remakery
R.
A fantastic showcase of the community working together to provide wonderful sustainable produce, a lovely little cafe, and recycled bikes to the local community.

If you want to try something a little bit out of the ordinary make a visit to this place. It's very small and sells some interesting items sourced by artisans and local people. Try their manuka honey, very nice. Have a drink and a bite to eat NZ in what almost feels like somebody's home.

Always like going for walks in this area. We saw ducks and two pukeko. Roxy always finds something interesting to sniff. It's a popular loop walk for taking your dog on.
The plants around the stream banks are well maintained. The community has obviously put some love into the place.
T.
I've just started as a volunteer here, and I have to say that it is a wonderful place. It's brilliant how the Remakery really fosters a sense of community among all those who are involved in it.

Good banter. A great community initiative with sustainable emphasis which must be applauded. Veggie/vegan foods using crops grown onsite, in sustainable packaging, cooked onsite with profits used for good community causes. Get amongst it.

Great idea, and you can get free mulch.

An AAwesome, friendly and creative team that is a benefit to the community. There's loads of good things happening like the Bee projects where people can have a beehive in their personal yard all looked after by the team and you get fresh natural honey! Feeding the primary kids with fresh produce should be a base for servicing all NZ schools. This amongst other invaluable services to the community is inspiring. Keep up the good work team!!😊
