L.Beautiful assortment of plants, I do agree with the staff interaction. However, advice and knowledge is shared when paying. I'm presuming a huge part of this would be because the checkout is upstairs and leaving the front desk is not advisable, when there's amazing plants and pots downstairs 🙂
P.Love the shop and staff! The person who welcomed us in the shop was extremely knowledgeable about caring for indoor plants. Thanks to her, I was able to resurrect my dying plants at home!

M.Great collection but lack of personal touch in service. I would have bought more plants but
staff's lack of interest and no engagement in answering queries spoiled all the excitement I had since I visited last evening (same staff) ,end up buying only 1 plant due to bad client service, sad experience.

K.We visited Flora and Co from out of town. Maree was super knowledgeable, helpful and even packed our plants for transporting back to Wellington safely! The shop had an amazing variety. I would probably call this shop one of my favourite shops in New Plymouth
