As a home owner, planning to rent it out, I was struggled to find out how to deal with or comply with the new healthy homes regulations. I was trying to do it myself, but still uncertain of where to start from, or what to do first etc etc. However, I come across this Nationwide Oncore Company, with the help of the sole manager Michelle Bowater, she gave me a lot of confidence with her great help. All what were needed to make my home/house comply were organised and dealt with them accordingly, and hence a certificate of compliance was issued I have no doubt in my mind recommending this company and/or this 'on the job Lady Bowater to take the burden out of mind, in terms of healthy homes compliances, or any other house repairs, installations or general maintenance.

We hired Oncore to complete a kitchen and bathroom renovation for a rental property. The job entailed gutting the kitchen, bathroom and toilet out, assembling and installing kitchen cabinets, splash back, countertops, vanity, bathroom mirror, sinks, bath/shower and doors, rerouting plumbing, adding electrical outlets, installing extractor fans, new flooring and doors including handles. Jase Rowe and his team were pleasant to work with and they went above and beyond my expectations, his team really care about the quality of their workmanship and it’s definitely something to be proud of. The reno went over our target dates by only 3 days, in saying that though it was due to an unexpected finding during the reno, thankfully the team gave us a win-win solution that was easy on the wallet and not too time consuming. I communicated through Michele Bowater, she had useful ideas, quick responses and a friendly manner. I would definitely work with them again in the future. Honestly, LOVE the end result 👌
