R.Great customer service, I ordered sight unseen over the phone and the staff member there Jess was amazing, nothing was a problem even though they didn't send the Krimson Queen Hoya's via online, Jess sent me photos of the 2 they had left and packed it extremely well for me so I could have a courier pick it up, a lovely amazing staff member, shes an asset to oderings. L.This is a great Plant shop. The plants are all healthy and they have a wide variety. The indoor shop has a variety of indoor plants, composts, seeds, bird feeders and bird food. The staff are both knowledgable and friendly. I love shopping here. I acknowledge that his job may be stressful, but the manager could turn on the charm now and again. He has a really nice smile.

A.Staff are always friendly and super knowledgeable. Website is so easy to navigate around as well! Made placing a click and collect order really easy in level 3 :)

S.Staff person behind the counter couldn't be bothered to say hello, he had no customers, when I actually found a staff member,, the man inside was on his walkie talkie telling the person I was talking to to come inside. Not once but 3 times,, so I left as the experience was unsatisfactory. Sorry I used to love Oderings.

G.Great range of plants and trees. There is usually a fairly helpful & knowledgeable staff member in sight if you have questions. Probably slightly more expensive than other places in town but the difference is small.

P.I love shopping here and especially love that I can bring my dogs in, they always get a treat too! Plants are very good quality and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
