Great customer service, I ordered sight unseen over the phone and the staff member there Jess was amazing, nothing was a problem even though they didn't send the Krimson Queen Hoya's via online, Jess sent me photos of the 2 they had left and packed it extremely well for me so I could have a courier pick it up, a lovely amazing staff member, shes an asset to oderings. This is a great Plant shop. The plants are all healthy and they have a wide variety. The indoor shop has a variety of indoor plants, composts, seeds, bird feeders and bird food. The staff are both knowledgable and friendly. I love shopping here. I acknowledge that his job may be stressful, but the manager could turn on the charm now and again. He has a really nice smile.

Staff person behind the counter couldn't be bothered to say hello, he had no customers, when I actually found a staff member,, the man inside was on his walkie talkie telling the person I was talking to to come inside.
