K.I did a foraging workshop with Felicity and highly recommend! Felicity is very knowledgeable and practises what she preaches so has lots of practical ways to incorporate foraged greens into your diet. We had a beautiful tasty fat hen wilted greens dish that she had made at the end.
A.I attended a foraging workshop with Felicity last Saturday February 22nd. Absolutely fantastic, and so informative I loved every minute of it. Started off with a delicious herbal tea made by Felicity then learnt how to identify a number of edible weeds we then finished off with a delicious meal of stir fried Fat Hen, infused with garlic and roasted almonds.
A.Really enjoyed the Wild Weeds workshop and learned lots about common edibles I can find in my own backyard! Felicity has a warm and calm teaching style and the workshop was fun and informative. She served us delicious salad and pesto, went straight home to gather chickweed (in the rain!) and make pesto for dinner.
J.I use the Calendula and Plantain balm for my very dry, scaly skin and it makes it beautifully smooth and healthy looking I also put it on shaving nicks and use it as a lip balm too. The jar lasts for ages as you don't need to use a lot for it to be effective. The price is great too for an all natural organic product. Heartily recommended!
