J.Jan2022: busy as bees in a hive. This place was humming. Found a plant for a gift. Did a walk through, such a lovely environment. Then went to the cafe. Coffee was very good and my friend enjoyed his scone. Service spot on. Don't forget to sign in
S.You need to fluff out your Christmas tree so you can actually see what it is like I did 2 branches but it is in such an awkward place. You do not really get a good indication of what they look like when they are not fluffed. Example of one trimmed tree
C.Always have found the staff helpful. There's lots of pretty things to look at. The cafe is good, the coffee's never let me down. Also you can sit outside which is near the water fountains, a lovely sound and atmosphere.
D.Busy garden centre. Good range of plants & natives. On-site cafe (didnt visit, but looks popular). Toilets. Good size car park, but often near full. Concrete underfoot. Helpful staff. Enjoyable to stroll around to browse & buy.

S.Went for lunch. My bacon & egg quiche came from the cabinet and was served with a delicious salad. Even better than expected. I was very happy with my meal. BUT my friend ordered, 4 or 5 mins before me, from the blackboard: a bacon & egg bap. We had to ask for it - several minutes after my food had been served. No butter. There might have been mayonnaise but it had been scraped off. Not a lot of salad in the bap either. Verdict: dry and not what was anticipated. My friend would NEVER complain but I feel disappointed on her behalf (especially since my meal was delicious) and hope you can up the quality of the 'blackboard foods' by the time of our next visit.
H.Palmers Plimmerton is an excellent garden supply and plant centre. They had exactly what I was after, the only difficultly was choosing between the excellent specimens. I only wish it was closer to where I live. Definitely worth stopping in on the way past though.

N.Beautifully displayed plants...very inspiring. Great range and helpful staff. A pleasure to shop there. Love that we can take our small dog. Only negative is the extreme heat under the shade sails...but appreciate the plants need protection. Was sweltering outside in the cafe (March) although very pretty with hanging baskets. Purchased a lovely bird bath similar to their display one pictured but in cream and pink, very happy with it. Palmer's Plimmerton is definitely worth a visit.

L.lots of variety here for people with a bit of cash. Loved the casual seating for sale, I was in just to buy potting mix and rose fertilizer. Potting mix was on sale which was a bonus. Their plants are always in good nick and a huge range. Lots of indoor and outdoor accessories. Excellent place for inspiration. Always a pleasure to drop in here

K.I visited because we were passing and I knew there was a sale on. It's January and I would expect some plants, especially roses might be looking tatty and a bit stressed or diseased. I was very pleased to find that the two things I wanted, fruit trees and roses, were looking very cared for. I purchased a 3 grafted pear and the assistant cut the top so it could get in the car and be a reasonable size for my garden. I was pleased with the knowledge about growing and pruning the tree. They have a good range of bbq and out door furniture. I will definitely be going again even though it is out of my way.

J.Palmers was a refreshing experience, from the huge selection and friendly staff. A neat cafe is tucked within the shop, and their flat white was amazing.
The Palmers Guarantee caught my eye as I entered the premises. "If you buy something from us and it fails to grow, we will replace it for free..." how about that for those who don't have green thumbs.
Will definitely visit again soon.

A.Great place to visit and the staff are knowledgeable and ever friendly. They have a great line up of products. If you need a coffee or a milkshake for the kids there is a nice cafe situated in the middle of the store. A great line up of Weber BBQ products and other outdoor products.
P.Great place for plant shopping. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, easy to navigate and great range. So much better than Bunnings, Warehouse or Mitre10 plant areas. Be shopping there from now on.👍👍😁
T.Had the big breakfast and a long black. Both very enjoyable and a plus for this site. You can take your dog into the outside eating area water bowl provided. Great on a hot day the pooch is not cooped up in a hot car.

B.I only meet my mum here for coffee.... she might rate it 5 stars. It's always busy, the cafe coffee is soso but the food fairly good. Gardenwares very pricey. Location is handy if you're meeting someone off the train at plimmerton station but I guess I'd never come here otherwise ;). I buy my plants at the large hardware outlets at far better prices but I'm no pro. They do have firewood stacks and large piles of shingle etc which maybe you can't get elsewhere?

A.Worthy of a stop and shop. Homewares offer good value shopping, for all ages. I found treasure that I didn't find in central city. Huge variety of robust plants, a gardners bonus. Water displays and a cafe all under one roof. Helpful team willing to give planting tips. I love that.
l.Thought we'd pop in for a nice lunch but was so busy no tables free at all so we moved on. Good for a browse at their lovely products and plants though 🌈

Our checkout experience was not so good, unfortunately it left us leaving the store feeling unvalued and rushed.

J.sometimes when I'm bored I drive all the way out here and wander around the shop with no intentions of buying anything. I like to stand with my hands behind my back looking all fancy like while inspecting the $800 water fountains that I pretend I can afford.

J.Palmers is a great place to visit to purchase plants and other gardening requirements. Another plus is we can also take the dog in and enjoy something to eat and drink at the outside tables. They will also provide a drink for the dog.

However it would not be the cheapest garden centre in the district but it does have good quality plants.
