So we went here to purchase a mandarin tree we had a general idea of what we wanted but were blown away by the varieties within the range. We must have looked a bit confused because when we needed help the attendant came straight over and offered awesome help so much so that we ended up buying two trees. Thanks Palmers and thanks to the attendant we now have healthy trees planted and look forward to lots of delicious fruit 6 months of the year

Handy garden centre, they have plenty of annuals, garden mulch, pebbles for tidying up your garden. There is a cafe onsite and plenty of flat parking available and assistance if you need help with heavy items.

Cafe Botannix is situated within Palmers Garden World, A pleasant premises, comfortable with a sunshaded Outdoor Patio and indoor tables. Coffee is good, medium strength, creamy, a wide range of freshly cooked food is available together with snacks and cakes to suit all. Wander freely around the Garden Centre. Recommended by you local google guide.

Really lovely store. Absolutely huge range of all gardening needs. Was easy to take my baby with me as they had a modified trolley with a baby seat. I prefer their plants and soils over the warehouse and hardware stores. They are just better quality all round

Excellent selection of healthy plants ! Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere but I’ve always been happy with my purchases. Coffee shop is a let down though ! I’ve complained on 3 separate occasions about the quality of food. Toasted sandwiches were soggy, Carrot cake was so stale it crumbled on the plate. Today they forgot to put tea leaves in my pot of tea ! I took it back to the counter and they popped a tea bag in the tea pot $4.50. There are so many amazing cafes nearby don’t waste your money here !

I was fortunate enough to meet the owner Shane Smith at the Tauranga Home Show and the service was fantastic. His thorough knowledge of spa pools was impressive. We met him a few days later at Palmers where we placed an order for a New Zealand manufactured Trueform Spa Pool. It's great to see an owner on the floor and leading by example. I can't recommend Palmers in Bethlehem enough. Cheers!!!

A great place to visit when you need advice on plants or to enjoy a cafe meal or coffee. I like that dogs are welcome in all areas outside the cafe as we often visit here after taking the dog out and can't leave him in a hot car.
