We at @ Berrymans property management and rentals have been using NZ maintenance for several years now. We have found Ross and his team to be efficient, reliable, trustworthy and cost effective - these are all very important when dealing with both tenants and owners in our line of business. 100% we would recommend this local business on the Kapiti coast. The scope of work is everything from gutter cleans, house washes, full interior and exterior paints, you name it they can do it!

Great work by a hard-working professional crew. We had the team do some landscape work, including sourcing and installing a large number of railway sleepers for the garden edges. The team was careful to understand our needs, were friendly and communicated well and we're delighted with the outcome.
