David followed up on my email request with a phone call and organised and appointment to fit in with my schedule. He turned up on time and fixed my washing machine quickly and effectively. Great work!

Couldn’t recommend higher. He had my problem sorted on the phone in a few minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. You’ve got a customer for life.

I called David about my washing machine not working and I gave him the model number and he knew exactly what the problem was and even how much it would cost me. He came the next day, repaired the washing machine and we had a good yarn. I’d recommend A1 washing machine servicing. Very reliable, punctual and smart service!

Fantastic quick service from a very friendly sole operator. He knew exactly what to do to fix my washing machine and being able to get same day service was a real bonus. Very highly recommended for all F&P Top Loader owners.

Dave's been to fix our washing machine three times over the past few years. Every time, he's been great - arrives on time, does the repair quickly and efficiently and is a nice guy as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone having problems with their Fisher & Paykel washing machine.

Dave seemed really keen to help and could come around same day. So I came home from work to meet him at the time he suggested. He never showed. I rang him twice and got voicemail. When I finally got him he told me his phone was playing up. He blamed me because I should have given him my apartment number. He had only written down the street number. For this oversight he told me I was "so dumb" and hung up. I quite understand when phones go on the blink but perhaps Dave could have used another one. There's an idea. Maybe I'm not as dumb as he thinks. I wonder if Dave was having a bad day. Either that or he needs some customer service training. UPDATE: Dave called me once he saw my review. He was sorry for the situation and referred me to a colleague who did an excellent job. Good on Dave for putting things right.

David has repaired two old hoses on our 16 year old washing machine about a month ago. Today he fixed a small issue unrelated to the repair back then for little cost. Very reliable, experienced and focused on getting washing machines working again. Thank you so much!

Dave's an excellent repairman and a very interesting guy. He did a perfect repair job, and was very prompt in rescheduling to an earlier time following cancellations from other clients. Very much recommended.

Very good service for F&P appliances. However you need to be aware he will only let you pay by cash or eftpos, not online.
