I called him Saturday expecting to see him Monday possibly Tuesday and he booked me in for 9.30am the following morning on a Sunday "Impressive". I honestly had a poor experience, with that said it was within reason. My carpet was in poor state and the dirt from the deep clean settled on top in places making my carpet look worse when it dried. I contacted Alex to explain it looked worse and my landlord won't accept it and will redo it at my expense. I didn't realize he was dealing with his own personal issues at the time and thought he was dodging me when I never received a reply. He did however get incontact with me with a document supporting why he was indisposed and offered to clean the carpet again on Sunday the 30th. Unfortunately I had him clean the carpet on the 22nd, it took two days for the damp home to dry enough to see the results and I had to get the keys back by the 25th. Alex couldn't get back to me until the 27th due to his own circumstances and it turned into a series of unfortunate events leading me out of pocket and a poor review for Alex. I've amended my previous statement without falsifying any claims or my personal experience in light of the new information.

Even though I have a busy schedule because of my business and other commitments, but i had to find time to write a review about their services. Not long ago I called Alex carpet cleaning to come and do a job at my 6 bedroom house, first of all they somehow try to match a time which is convenient for you, they are happy to come and clean after 5.00pm which was out of my expectation. Another USP about them is that they are very cost effective, I did receive quotes from other cleaning company but they were quite high as compared to Alex carpet cleaning even though they have maximum number reviews on Trade me with 100% rating. Once they finished cleaning the carpet, it was not only me who was happy about their work even the property agent was quite happy and they did not even deduct a single dollar from my bond. Having their name on the invoice and their work got my 100% bond back. Surely my carpet had a lot of stains and they were able to remove 99% of them and 1% was probably red wine stains and they were left there for a very long time so those didnt come out. Apart from that my carpet was brand new. Highly recommended to all of you, if you would like to get your carpet clean as brand new. Thanks for such a lovely job.
