Since contacting Bob regarding removing some hair dye and lipstick stains from our carpets, my husband and I have been impressed with his polite, professional and efficient manner. More importantly, Bob did an excellent job in removing these tough stains which we both really appreciate. Bob thank you so much for your great service. Highly recommend! Andy was very accommodating on such short notice. He is very knowledgeable on carpet stains and how to remove. He had given us good advice on how to prevent future stains caused by furniture. He had taken his time to remove stains left on our carpets. Definitely recommendable!!

All the comms I had with Bill from APCS has been fast, clear and stuck to. The original couch had age old stains I had no faith would come out, but wanted to give it a clean regardless and they have! It was a very fast and easy outcome. The original quote reduced once seeing the size of the couch too which was welcomed. I would highly recommend this company and Bill in particular, very friendly.

We had a small piece of brand new carpet laid when we were out of town. When we returned home and saw it for the first time there were 3 stains on it. The carpet suppliers agreed to have the stains removed which Bill from this business successfully accomplished. We were very impressed at his promptness - because this was the Xmas period - and his efficiency and friendliness. As we didn't pay for it I can't comment on the price. Highly recommend. I will have my carpets cleaned by him or by Andy in the future.
