Big shout out to " DALE" for the hard work he put into cleaning up and drying our office as quickly as possible. I called at 3:30pm and he turns up at 6:30pm (on Valentines Day)! We couldn't of had a faster response. Thank you so much team, I really appreciate the work, time, effort and haste you put into restoring the flood damage on such short notice. AAAA++++ service, AAAA++++ workmanship, AAAA++++ professionalism. I would recommend to anyone :)

I would thoroughly recommend these guys, their response time was mind-blowing and the approach they use to dry my house out was formulated and very constructive. I was thrilled with the after hours service and the personally approach to my disaster I had in my home. You will not be disappointed, I strongly recommend them.

The low point is their communication is extremely slow and erratic - although it was over the Christmas period. I had to follow up multiple times to get someone to respond to me and confirm an appointment. Because of this I had low expectations of a job well done or if they would even turn up, however Dale repaired the carpet for me and he was exemplary. He was bang on time, courteous, friendly, thoroughly professional and the job he did was extraordinarily. I still can’t see the join in the carpet where the repair was done, and it looks like brand new. I highly recommend this company, but they may be a bit slow at getting back to you. Thanks again Dale.

Amazing service! Was concerned yesterday when I got a call to say they were a man down but they rescheduled quickly for me. The carpets look great, the man that came was polite and friendly and it was the best prices in auckland.

Thank you for sorting this out. ***************** UPDATE 26/01/2021 - Sent the email to Graeme the day he posted the reply below, and still no reply to my email. When I called the company again a few mins ago (as I had more jobs), the answer was 1. Graeme has been very busy (aren't we all?). 2. "Since the job was done in Dec, we cannot do anything now" was the reply. Hello! Have I not been contacting you for 7 weeks? Their immediate attention would have resulted in more business from me. Going by others' comments, looks like they do like to rip off. ****************** Pretty disappointed - used this businesses after reading reviews. You choose all the options on their website for carpet clean, but they do a basic clean and charge you the full amount. I have been getting carpets cleaned for years, so not my first time - I know what I ordered and received (not). Their guarantees on their website mean nothing as they do not honour any of those. Once you pay them, they do not bother.

Used them last year and AMAZING. Best carpet cleaners ever and i have used everybody.

Nick did a great job of steam cleaning our couches today - he was professional, friendly and polite and did a very thorough job of cleaning the couches. They look great - very happy with the results.

Prompt service, good communication, end cost was very close to the quote given by the office team. We had a dinner plate sized blood/vom. stain courtesy of our large dog, and despite blotting out as much as we could it it still looked like a crime scene. Thankfully Mark arrived the day after we called, removed the stain and sterilised our (synthetic) carpet. Looks good as new.

Auckland Steam n Dry works miracles. They are very professional, courteous, efficient and very reasonably priced. They completed two rooms (bedroom and living room in 45 minutes. They were extremely thorough. I highly recommend them to any commercial or professional places. Jericho and Philip were very friendly and intelligent young men. I give them 5 stars. I have used Auckland Carpet Steam n Dry twice to clean my carpets and have just booked them for a third time as I am moving house and want the carpets cleaned before I move in. I have been using this company, Auckland Steam n Dry carpet cleaning, since they started and have always been pleased. In February this year, I had several deep stains on my carpet stairs that I did not think would come out. Anthony and Philip worked wonders! You couldn't even tell that they were stains and the carpeting looked brand new. They said that by always getting Scotchgard protector when I use the company greatly helped in removing the stains. I recommend when you use this company always get your high traffic areas protected in the event of having a serious carpet stain. Graeme, You have an excellent company and employees working for you. I highly recommend!

What a great carpet cleaner! OK, it's not inexpensive but I had a company who is highly reviewed, clean our carpets and they looked terrible. I complained, they cleaned them again and it still looked terrible. So, I called Steam n Dry and the carpets look like new. These guys spent three times longer cleaning the carpet than the last guys did and they use far better machines. Spend the money and get it done right, not by a guy whose wand moves faster than your eye can track. Highly Recommended!

Do yourself a favor, don't call anyone else but Auckland Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning services! They got ink out of a wool couch, unspeakable stains out of two area rugs. I never, ever thought they'd be so clean & vibrant again. AND the prices are super reasonable!

My tenants left our rental house in such a terrible state. We were going to replace the carpet, when a friend suggested I get Auckland Steam n Dry to attempt to remove the heavy stains with their big truck mounts. We required a methamphetamine decontamination in one of our rental properties. The service we received was prompt and very thorough. We were provided with constant communication from quote through to completion from both office personnel and the onsite technician. Our post completion independent testing showed the property was free of contamination, so we can get on with redecorating.

I have young toddlers who have applied every sticky object onto the carpets and my sofa. When I phoned Auckland Steam n Dry carpet Cleaners they were surprisingly helpful and done a great upholstery also carpet cleaning.. The carpet stain removal was also a success
