Have used Bentleys a few times over the last 12 months and always had a positive experience however, my experience in the last week has been exceptional and well worth a review! I brought in a beautiful vintage cream Coast dress with black embroidery a few weeks ago which I've had in storage for a few years. The dress had yellow mould spots from being in storage and I wasn't confident they could be removed but thought I'd try anyway. Two days after I'd left the dress with Bentleys the owner Max called me to say standard dry cleaning hadn't worked however he had a treatment which might but he wanted to see how I felt as it might affect the embroidery - there was no extra charge for this additional work and Max was amazingly courteous and knowledgeable. I had nothing to lose and said to please go ahead. I collected my dress this morning and was amazed to see it looks like new with absolutely no sign of the stains. Bentleys went above and beyond - fantastic customer service, so professional and excellent value for money! Huge thanks - one extremely happy customer ☘💚

Fantastic service for dry-cleaning and stain removal from clothing. I had stains in my clothes that I could not get out and I am so happy I found this place as they got all the stains out. They were quick too! I will definitely continue to bring my clothes here.

I really like the customer service of this shop as they are helpfull and friendly I got great drycleaning service offered to me as compared to other drycleaner .I got my drycleaning ready on time and my top was so expensive and got ruined so bentleys gave me the service that I got my favourite top back because of them .It looks brand new now .
