C.Quite honestly, I was not expecting much from their services. That's not a knock against them, but the reality of how dirty my carpeting was. The pricing was more than reasonable, so I went ahead and scheduled a cleaning. They gave me a 2-hour window for arrival and came during that time frame (they even called just before they got here)
Wow, is all I can really say. Though they didn't/couldn't get out 100% of the stains, they got out a vast, vast majority of them. More than I ever expected them to. Even with the remaining stains, my carpet looks awesome. There is no doubt in my mind that I'm going to have them over again to keep the carpet fresh looking.
