Myself and my Mother want to thank you James for spending the time with me on the phone, organising and Gabriel for his efforts and the wonderful job you did steam cleaning our carpets, rugs and white dining chairs. There was no mucking around, you did what you said you would, arrived on time and the price was really reasonable. Such a pleasant surprise. Shocking even. This is our first time using a professional carpet cleaner. We felt this kind of service was beyond our budget. Admittedly, we had the impression only fancy people do this. We are super happy we did it. No more DIY for us and we will be using this company again in the future. No hesitation. Gabriel was just lovely, respectful and calm. He arrived and just like that was gone. It felt like he had never been there in the first place. He left the place sparkling and clean. It is often hard to open your home to strangers and my Mother who is elderly was nervous initially when I announced this wee surprise. She has been wanting her carpets cleaned for years and years. Mum is like a kid again, really excited and showing off to her friends on FaceTime. She was feeling a bit depressed about her home given the lockdowns in Auckland. Pride and a great big smile is back! You did that you wonderful ‘Hot & Steamy’ lot. That is priceless. We are truly grateful :)

A highly professional and quality company. James and his team are awesome to deal with and the results of both carpet and couch cleaning were outstanding. Their customer service, professionalism and job quality is 10/10. I had a HUGE black coffee spill on a beige carpet over the weekend. I'm renting, so this was a really stressful experience. They rearranged their own busy schedule to help me out last minute. Thanks James & Bobby, I am extremely grateful for your accommodating service. It's looking much better! :)

My wife ordered a Hot and Steamy ceiling clean service and they removed all the unsightly fly spots. It came up so good in fact that she got them to work on the couch and they cleaned that up like new. I was so impressed I offered to write the review for her. Well done guys... a top job at a reasonable price as well. :)

Responds really fast & did a professional job steaming the carpets & mattresses. Carpet felt incredibly crisp & clean after drying which took only approximately 4hrs. Would definitely use them again. Bobby was our technician.

Gabriel from Hot and Steamy did a magnificent job cleaning our carpet, sofas and polishing away all the water staining on our two showers. I'm glad my wife chose these guys as they are so much better than the last carpet cleaning company we had come!

James and his team had done professional and excellent carpet cleaning! I was so worried before cos my tenants said they had washed the carpet, but it still looks horrible, watermark, unidentified black dots etc! The outcome make me feel like they can make it possible from impossible! James is really helpful when I told him I need a cleaning urgently, and he sent an expert over in the same day afternoon, the price is fair considering the outcome and all the hard job they had done. Highly recommend, and will ask them next time definitely! Really appriciated it, thank you.

OUTSTANDING!!! I've used several carpet cleaners over the years and Hot & Steamy are the best by far. Used first time this week and was blown away with results. My cleaner let me down a few hours before arrival, James came at short notice, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have pet odours or staining this is the gent to use, I cant recommended enough and have already booked him again for next year. EXTREMELY well priced as well. I also couldn't get over how quiet his machine was compared to others, my dogs were not bothered in the slightest. 10/10 :0)
