K.We live in Titirangi and had a pipe burst in our home and after speaking with our insurance company, Jaes came straight out that day (Saturday) and removed the carpet and underlay and once the room was fixed they came back in and relayed the carpet and cleaned it. S.I’ve used Jae carpet cleaning, before, and they’ve never let me down, so they were my first choice when moving out of my house. They were wonderful. I was able to communicate by email, which was great as my work commitments left little room for making phone calls during standard business hours. I had some slightly specific instructions, and Jae accommodated them easily. As for the carpet cleaning - my property manager has confirmed that the carpets were left in excellent condition. I’m so glad I used Jae, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

It is fantastic now, super clean and I am very happy with the results. Matt did the job and he was really nice and even gave me some spot cleaner. Will use again.

S.we have used Jaes Auckland West & Central for the last 6 years while we have had our premises on Edmonton Road. The team are always on time, professional and do an amazing job (often getting stains our of our carpet we had decided we just would be stuck with till we replaced).
