When I moved in the area, I was looking for a new laundromat. I went to another place nearby first, but it didn't suit my needs. However, when I stepped into JoyWash Laundromat, I knew straight away that this place had high standards, and it is now my go-to place. This laundromat has always been very clean and the staff members are simply fantastic individuals. The pricing for the drying is very competitive, and the machines are easy to operate. I also like that there are seatings facing toward the TV - a perfect way to wait for your clothes to dry. On top of that, this place offers WiFi! Even though I only come here for self-service drying, I have personally witnessed the staff at work. It's obvious to me that they take pride in their mahi, especially the way they load/unload and fold customers' garments. I highly recommend JoyWash Laundromat if you ever have any laundry needs!

My new local favorite laundromat. Just moved into the area and Hubby and I always enjoy coming here as the staff are friendly and helpful and also so so so clean. Great value for money too.

Joy Wash Laundromat opened in June 2018. Hours: 8am - 7pm / 7days. Peter and his wife Emma operate their Laundry with integrity, friendliness and consideration for their customers. Peter who is usually on site 5days weekly to help deal with customer queries and to service the drop offs for customers who prefer this method instead of self service, for a very reasonable fee. Helen is a part-timer for 2days in the week. There is time limited 🅿 for customers, but no toilet facilities. The environment is always kept clean, is very well lit with rolling laundry bins for ease of transfering laundry from wash machine to dryer with two tables for laundry folding. Seats are available for customers who prefer to self serve - need to sit, as well as free Wi-Fi. Eft-Pos is available but not for credit 💳. There is a ASB ATM by the laundry entrance too. A paper cash into coins machine is also in store.
