D.Very handy to have a laundromat access 24/7. The place was clean and tidy. It has a donut and coffee shop added. However wasn't open when I arrived. Price for a Gabbage bag was 18 bucks for a wash dry
J.Decent sized machines (10kg and 18kg washers, 14kg and 21kg dryers)... OK pricing, convenient payment system (see below). Saved me from having to use my dryer in my furnace of an apartment in the middle of the current heatwave to dry my bed linen! #saved
Open 24x7 (you may need to txt to unlock door after hours).
Free WiFi if you need it. Currently (Dec 10th 2019) there are no "staff" onsite as the coffeshop is closed.
Machines are operated by EFTPOS terminals with "Paywave" (Credit Cards incl AMEX and Apple Pay accepted), No coins needed (or accepted), YAY!
You will need your own laundry powder/detergent etc, but there is a convenience store across the road and 24hr Countdown supermarket just around the corner if required.
There is a pay (Wilson's) carpark "upstairs". Entrance to carpark on Anzac Ave, Entrance to laundromat is on Beach Rd.
L.Very good washing place! Me and my partner currently love to come here to do our laundry. ☺️ Very recommended from small to big wash. 👍🏼 Sometimes there’s a pretty lady comes to clean the area, makes the area nice and clean. ✨
E.Awesome laundry!! we have been using it for a while now, today was the first time we had a problem and it was solved straight away by the managers. Definitely worth 5 stars.
H.Very convenient. I'm generally a cashless person, appreciate using eftpos. Prices reasonable and machines were good and quick. There is a lot of useful info that I didn't read in previous reviews before going. But I'm glad I didn't because it was nice talking to the owner on the phone to ask about bringing washing powder.
K.3 stars for convenience (cashless and open 24 hours) but feeling really ripped off - I had 2 loads, $6 each, the rinse cycle was insanely short and my clothes came out soapy in both washers. I had to run them again because there was no option to just pay for an additional rinse cycle. Ended up paying $24 just to wash.
D.Very impressed, clean, tidy and everything simple to follow in regards to instructions etc.
Good to see there is a, small donut shop next door, so one can have a, snack whilst waiting.
My only gripe, is the limited Wi-Fi on offer, but thats minor.. Overall, I was very impressed with the set up, been over 20 years since I used a Laundrette to be frank!
Oh, everything is done by card, ie just use your eftpos card for services. Wash was around $6, $1 more for a, "heavy load, whilst it was $2 for 12 mins on drying, you can add by $1 increments thereafter.
They do offer a cleaning service, which is best for you to discuss, during opening hours with the young lady in the donut shop who is more than happy to help!
J.It's a good spot to do laundry. All machines are Card activated. There is no soap or dryer sheets available at this location - but - there are a fee convenience stores within 100 meters that sell soap. Of you end up using google maps to find the location you'll end up on top of the store in a small parking lot. The store is just below the lot.
G.We spent $18 extra today due to having to repeat our 3 loads as they came out covered in soap? Maybe they need to be serviced? Had to run a second time. The end ones next to the donut shop, smaller sized. Unhappy to need to waste this money due to the machine not working as it should be.
S.A great laundromat. Does a wash in 30 minutes and drier is about the same. Good quality machines. Reasonably priced. Different sized machines and prices for different loads.
R.Great self service laundry. The place seems brand new and all the machines take cards, so no need for cash or tokens. There is free wifi and a coffee shop in the place as well, which makes for a pleasant wait. Just wish they sold laundry soap in house ( It can be purchased a few doors down at a shop )
E.Week ago was my first time drying my clothes over there and I love it! The place is tidy and is so easy use the machine! For sure I'll keep drying my clothes everytime when I need it! Highly recommended!

R.Well, NZD 6 medium Laundry and NZD 2 for a 12 minutes Dryer. Fair price and a good service. The machines clean better than many other places around the city.
B.Can use credit card to pay for washing and drying. Need to bring own soap but there is grocery store (Countdown) closeby.
M.Clean and cashless. Perfect for modern day living! Only annoyance was not having washing powder or liquid to purchase on site. Very quick and powerful machines.
