R.Just got home with my washing. I dropped of washing and mentioned to the gentleman that I will be waiting in the car. Went back to check and dryer still had some time. I went back to the car and wow the kind gentleman brought my washing basket to my car! That is just wonderful customer service! Thank you Sir… enjoy the service at Mrs Wash.. use you weekly!

g.Thanks Robert for the great experience at Mrs Wash! We looked around a bit for a laundromat to clean our beddings and duvet and found the prices here really competitive. Robert was also very patient, clear and transparent with the cost. We dropped off the items at 3.45pm and it was ready and folded by 6pm. Excellent! Very happy with the great and friendly service and will definitely return. Cheers!
C.I have been coming to Mrs. Wash for all my laundry needs for more than a year and everytime I’m there I get exceptional service! You are greeted with a beautiful smile and very friendly staff. I normally like to fold my clothes after the drying cycle and I always get the extra service of having my own space on the table and Rob the manager putting all my clothes for me on the table ready to be folded. They take time knowing their customer and it’s simply an amazing experience. Best laundromat I’ve ever been in with my clothes always coming out spotless and fragrant! Highly recommended!

M.Fantastic, friendly service. We turned up an hour and a half before closing time, not sure if we'd be able to get our clothes washed in time. We were welcomed and told that they'd sort us out!
The clothes are super clean and dry, and the price was super good - very, very happy and will be returning again now we know how easy and cost effective it is!

S.I've been using Mrs Wash now for about 3 months, pretty much every weekend. There service is second to none. They take pride in ensuring each wash is done well. It saves me time and money and I love how easy they make the service!
The other great thing is that they WASH DUVETS at an incredibly reasonable cost!

B.Today I went to Mrs Wash to pick up washing that I dropped off yesterday AFTER the closing time but the lovely man took it anyway. There was a mound of it, with my uncle in hospital and my aunts machine broken the man was more than happy to help our family. The service was fantastic and it was much cheaper than we expected. L.Mrs Wash in Glenfield is a lifesaver! Fantastic, efficient and outstanding service with a remarkable turn around! We have four boys in the family and the load of washing is enormous and in wet weather impossible. Thank goodness for Mrs Wash! We can't manage without Mrs Wash. :) Mrs Wash is our best friend to come home at night with beautifully washed folded and clean clothes is a treat! Thank you thank you. :)
S.I regularly use Mr Wash and find the service , quality and staff to be fantastic . I arrive with loads of laundry from a older sick friend and I always feel so relieved at the help I get with a big smile from Ana and the owner . L.Pretty straight forward. They do the washing and drying for you so you can drop it off and just pick it up later. The price isn't too bad as well, definitely recommend if you're a bit busy or in a bit of a rush
