Excellent service. These guys do a brilliant job promptly for a good price. Would highly recommend. They offer higher level services for your more precious items but take good care of all garments.

Exceptional, we recently started a regular collection and delivery service and I can’t fault these guys. Their professionalism, customer service and results are fantastic. They also went above and beyond when I urgently needed my sofa covers back early! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Always premium, Always friendly, always clean. Not the least expensive option out there but people pay for consistency. I also approve of the moves to reduce plastic use. Please keep swimming in that direction. I would happily take my dry cleaning without hangers if it were an easier option (maybe a cardboard clip to get things home to my wooden hangers?).

I wouldn't use Regal Dry-Cleaning for cleaning two tiny spots or pressing out a few creases out in a brand new, never worn, wedding dress. Regal quoted $500 and a 12 week turnaround or extra cost on top if wanting it done in two weeks. Outrageous !! Went to New Zealand Dry Cleaners instead - $180 and 4 day turn around. I had also dropped off a shirt for the wedding and when I picked it up Regal re-fixed one of the loose buttons. Thank you Regal that was unexpected and much appreciated. 10/10 for that.

I booked my drycleaning online and stupidly entered incorrect month. I was contacted by Regal who corrected it. Thereafter pick-up, cleaning service and delivery all proceeded seamlessly. I really appreciate how easy it is to contact them if required.

Regal Dry-cleaner go the extra mile. I mostly have pressing of shirts and bed linen done for me snd the Drycleaning of clothes. The service is consistent and reliable. If there is a stain or a fault they will solve the issue often without waiting to be asked. I like the initiative. The staff at New Market are all very pleasant and helpful

I have had drycleaning performed by the company before and was very satisfied with the service and the very friendly staff, and returned with a 'challenge' for them, resulting in this review. The shirt I needed drycleaning was a very expensive, tailored formal white shirt with stains; they were able to do a fantastic job on it and I was very pleased with the outcome. They did a fantastic job getting all the stains out of me wedding dress (that I wore through gardens), including heavy makeup staining on the sleeve from tattoo cover-up. Only downside is they took quiet a while, but very much worth it - would recommend to all.

Really pleased with Regal's cleaning of my stained jacket. When I went to pick up but the jacket belt was still being cleaned they delivered to me later with no extra charge. I also am pleased they use environmentally friendly products and plastic. Very professional

Really excellent service! A bottle of red wine had broken inside my checked luggage and stained some nice shirts and a suit. They had a lot of warnings that it might not come out, but in the end, they got everything to a state like new for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service!

OMG! What can I say - long story long - it was a week before my wedding and the dress maker and HER dry cleaners (that she uses all the time apparently!) had ruined my wedding dress - it came to me with marks on it !?!? how, why, what, who knows but she offered to clean it for me and get the black marks - I hadn't even worn the thing yet!!! anyway 4 x 'cleans' later ( every time i picked it up it had new andf different marks on it!!) I went back to pick the dress up and the dry cleaners had made the dress even worse - again! I know right!! at this stage, and in tears, I called Regal, recommended to me my a good friend, and took my dress to them straight away. Holly and her team were bleddy amazing!!! they took the dress from me and checked all the marks over carefully (bare in mind the previous place had also made pulls and catches on the dress as well which couldn't be fixed - it wasn't looking good!) - they brought in their specialist for me and advised they would try their best to get it done for me by the following week - two days before my wedding! They only bleddy DID IT!!! [insert HUGE happy face here] they made the dress look like brand new !! they did such a wonderful job I can not speak highly enough of holly and the team at Regal Newmarket Dry Cleaners and how they saved my beautiful dress and wedding day! I wont name the dress makers or other dry cleaners as they are being dealt with separately! My dress is now back with Regal for its final clean post wedding ( I may or may not have spilt some wine on it! ....and some dinner! oops!) before being put away for a rainy day! Yesterday I collected our king-size dusky pink velvet bedcover that he had been dry cleaned by the fabulous staff at Regal Dry Cleaners. There were some marks and a blue stain on the cover and when I dropped it off I was advised that I consultant would get in touch with me to discuss options. When the lovely staff member contacted me they explained the risks with cleaning the stain from the velvet material. The material might discolour or potentially be left mottled. We chatted about options, dry-cleaning and sanitizing or wet washing. I decided to go with a wet wash. Again I was advised that this was risky because it could damage the integrity of the material. Yesterday I collected the bed cover and I am delighted with the results. Regal Dry Cleaners go that extra mile and obviously care about the work they do. I would totally recommend Regal Dry Cleaners because you know your garments are in safe hands. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

From dropping off the garments to picking them up, everything is fuss-free and met with great professionalism. The staff are patient, responsive to your queries and will advise you of the best cleaning method. They are not pushy and will inform you directly if something may not be able to be cleaned. Have sent my itmes to be cleaned thrice and had not encounter any problem. Great experience with them :)

I was an idiot and decided to wash my nice white shirt with a red pair of pants. The result was not ideal as it dyed by shirt light pink. I took it into Regal Dry Cleaners in New Market to do a whitening treatment and I’ve never seen the shirt so white! I also needed it urgently so took it in on Friday morning and was done by the evening! Great service and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to my friends! A+++

Frank Casey Suit Hire Newmarket's Dry cleaner We have used Regal for over 20 years, they do all our dry cleaning, both Commercially and Personally. Love the pick up and delivery service, and the parking at the front of their Newmarket store, my usual store. The staff are always outstandingly helpful. They always have our cleaning ready, and beautifully done regardless of if it is one suit on an urgent service or 200. I also love their environmentally friendly stance, this has kept me as a commercial client even when I could have gone elsewhere and paid less. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We've been having our clothes and bedding drycleaned by Regal Drycleaners in Newmarket for many years. We've always found the end result to be very satisfying, well presented and we haven't had any issues with damage to any garments. Regal Dry cleaners are an excellent business for dry cleaning. I have used them for many years and the results are top class. I feel my clothes are brand new after their treatment.

They were the nicest people I ever dealt with as dry cleaners. They accepted to steam my dress on the spot on a busy Friday because I have a wedding to go to..then they didn't even charge me not 1 dollar because she kindly said it took them 5 seconds and no charges.

I spilled hot chocolate on my favourite coat and used their services as a last resort. I've never taken anything into dry cleaning before and they've really opened up my eyes! They were extremely careful to watch out for shrinkage, the stain was completely gone and the coat looked brand new! Always great service. Perhaps an office shirt deal like other cleaners offer would be my only feedback but nothing negative considering the high level of service. They also text when your clothes are ready which is really helpful.

Super fast and efficient, But would prefer a text reminder rather than email. Imagine having no data and unable to access emails. Much preferred the text method like it used to be.

Perhaps the best experience of Regal Dry cleaners originates before even going through their doors in Newmarket. Simply because of a horrible and difficult time in finding an appropriate dry cleaner for my clothes. I will explain :- Finishing work late one evening after chauffeuring visiting staff around our Auckland locations. I transferred back to my own vehicle and decided to stop at Macdonalds for a late coffee on the way home. Ordering a coffee and burger through the drive through. As often happens, their staff dont always put the tops properly on the take away coffee cups. Too make matters worse, I ordered extra hot. which I am beginning to think may contribute to this problem. The waitress handed me the coffee through the window, to my right hand, then I had to transfer it to my left to put into the cup holder by my side, (I drive a Touareg SUV). The coffee lid slid away and a third of the contents spilled over my hand and partially on to the drivers dashboard between the drivers and passengers seat as well as onto the my left leg. The coffee cup bounced on the dash board, and tipped more coffee out. Being angry and in pain, I threw the remainder onto the floor. Next day (Friday); going to a dry cleaners nearest to where I live, - giving them the coffee stained clothes (black suit pants, black and white striped shirt) I asked them to dry clean and return by Monday. - I was told "Sorry we cant return these till Thursday the following week", "We shut for the weekend and my clothes would not be dry cleaned till the following Monday when they opened again", so Thursday they would be available. BUT!! I needed my suit for a security gig I would be doing on Tuesday, so that time was totally unsuitable their service was useless. I took the garments and not knowing of any other close dry cleaners went home and decided to search the internet. I found a place in Newmarket under the name NZ Drycleaners. Remembering I used to use them when I lived in Hamilton. So I chose this one. I wasn't happy - TIme wasted,. as well as distance to go to get into Newmarket; Traffic snarls, this didnt look like it was going to be easy. Besides I wasn't sure whether the same problem. Going through the western tunnel, travelling south and taking Gillies off ramp, - traffic as predicted - heavy and slow moving. 2doubleseven just opening and traffic diverted to one way half way down the side street meant blocked extremely slow moving. Hot weather and patience needed. Finally!! - I made it into their driveway - that was interesting - 2 exits hmmm, and weird @4.00 pm Friday afternoon, and all I could see coming, going and parking just about all Mercedes Benz vehicles, one Audi, what is this place I thought. When I walked in the doors, its name was Regal Dry cleaners - huh what happened to NZ Dry cleaners - Oh well I'm here. Then the impression once through the door, just like the hotel concierge - Wow. Apart from the difficulty of having to be setup as a new customer and having to wait to be set up. My experience and the quality of the care of my garments and successive ones is excellent. So as I said at the beginning, my experience of Regal Dry Cleaners is only enhanced more because of what happened prior. The companies name, "Regal" exemplifies their purpose. Their purpose summarizes my experience. I feel I have been treated in accordance - "Regally "!!

Regal Drycleaners is a religious part of weekly routine. I use both their Shirt Laundry Service which clean and press my shirts for a mere $6.90 & their Couture Care on my suits. Along with their exceptional standard of quality & care, their Customer Service is also top knotch. I wouldn't use anybody else! Highly Recommend !

Had a great experience getting some down jackets dry cleaned here. The price was very reasonable and the turnaround time was super fast. Would come here again.

I had a gorgeous silk dress that I managed to get a huge blob of wax on after blowing out some candles. I figured it was a write off, but figured to at least try to get it cleaned. When I picked up the dress from Regal they said that they would have liked to do more treatment to it to throughly clean the stain, but because of the delicate fabric, they were reluctant to do too much more. Their standards must be incredibly high, because there is no sign of the stain to my eye. Not only that, but the dress looks as good as new and came on a lovely wooden hanger with a beautiful garment bag!

A bit more expensive than your standard drycleaners but well worth it. The results for both my wife and me have always been superb. Use their "elite" clean for your most expensive items. Restored my Burberry's trench coat to new condition.

I have been using this service for several years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Top notch quality and customer service always!! The girls there are always so helpful and polite. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic job cleaning vintage tailcoat and pants, they look almost like new now, will definitely use their services again.

I thought I had left a pair of trousers there. They were very helpful in going back and checking their records and keeping in touch with me. As it turns out I found them at home.

I generally use NZ dry cleaners as they are closer. However , the last four garments came back as stained as they went in, so I took them to Regal not hoping for much, and amazingly all stains were removed by Regal . Most impressive and I am now going to change to Regal.
