H.Lost my laundry bag and the owner was so apologetic. Helped me to retrieve them after a day. Great guys with great customer service
B.I really like this laundromat. The interior may be dated and the machines are old but the staff are lovely and helpful and it's always clean and tidy. The machines are well maintain and are cleaned often. There is another self-service laundromat that's just a few doors down but I prefer this one due to the helpful and friendly service. The Vietnamese lady that works on Saturday is really cool too!
C.Here's an update. I left a one star review a few months ago on the poorly service received. I'm now happy to say the service has changed, and for the better. Yes, same people but helpful, friendly and it makes all the difference!
