We have utilised their services on a few occasions now for upholstery and carpet cleaning. Patrick really knows his product and potential pitfalls of various fabrics. Because of this, he ensures that he fully identifies what he is working with before proceeding which means we have avoided a bad outcome. His service and product is great.

Excellent result with cleaning our large lounge rug which now looks like new. I had concerns that our dogs would get itchy feet which happened in the past after use of another carpet cleaning product. Now three weeks since clean and the dogs are fine. I would definitely recommend CCS and get them again next time.

So lovely to deal with, really happy with how to sofa came up, these guys really care about doing a good job and were very detail oriented. Felt very comfortable with them in my home too. Would definately recommend and will have them back for the next clean.

Patrick was really helpfull and got amazing results removing stains! I will defenitely recommend their services. He stepped in last minute after being let down by another company.

Patrick service was outstanding even coming in on a Sunday to help out. We got him to do our tiles at our new cafe, we thought they had a flick in them but didn't realise, he did one small area it was in ground dirt. We have been using Patrick for a couple of years now and he has always done an excellent job and removed the stains from our carpet.........courtesy of our 2 dogs!!!!! Highly recommended, on time, professional and it's the only carpet cleaner we will use, as we have been ripped of in the past.......they have taken our money, stains have not been removed and company has not rectified the problem.

Patrick did an amazing job removing old and sun damaged dog urine stains from our carpet. He later came back to apply odour remover solution, and now you would never know there was an issue! Patrick evidently knows his stuff. Highly recommend Carpet Care Solutions!

Patrick by far, blew my expectations out the door. I was expecting to come home to a more improved set of stains, but what I came back to was literally like new carpet. Such a great price despite claiming they aren't the cheapest, I was more than satisfied with the price and the service. Highly recommended

Had Patrick help us twice so far with carpet stain removal. Calling around, several other businesses weren't confident enough or too scared to attempt our stains. Patrick uses chemistry to neutralise stains - he wants to know what the carpet material is and what the stain is, so he knows what is best to use. If the stain is small and the minimum charge applies, he'll also clean the floor and treat other areas to make the visit worth your money. Highly recommend.

Pat has just been and cleaned my very stained Living/dining carpets. I can't recommend him highly enough. My carpets have never looked so good. I can't recommend this company highly enough, I booked them for a full carpet clean and when they didn't turn up at the agreed time I texted to ask what time to expect them. Within minutes I got a call, and it turned out that another job in the same neighbourhood had cancelled, and they mistakenly didn't come to my job. The operator apologised profusely and assured me he'd be round as soon as he finished the job he was doing, which he did. I'd have been happy with that because s@#t happens, but Patrick gave me a discount and provided an extra service at no cost. I doubt my carpets have ever looked that good, he was courteous and friendly and he came across as totally professional in every way. He made a very common mistake, but the way he handled it elevated him above above almost every other tradie I've dealt with. Use Carpet Care Solutions, I guarantee you'll be as happy as I am.

Patrick is the only one to call for any carpet or furniture stains or general carpet or fabric cleaning. I recently had Locals Choice Carpet Cleaners in to clean the carpets in my 4 bedroom, 2 living room house. Our carpet has had a hard time with all the kids and dogs, yet Patrick was able to leave it looking like new. There were dog urine stains that I thought we would never get rid of, but Patrick was able to leave the carpet looking great. Locals Choice was punctual, efficient, and friendly. My carpet is a dirty grey wool, which has soaked up year after year of heavy use by two cats and family treading in and out of the garden. Before getting in touch with Local's Choice, I had given up all hope that it would ever possess cosmetic appeal. Patrick has done a phenomenal job on this carpet throughout the house--but most impressively he has dealt effectively with stains that I had thought were permanent--he is efficient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Patrick cleaned carpets left in a state by tenants. He was very efficient, arrived when he said he would & did an amazing job removing stains & art work from kids. The carpets are looking like almost new.

Locals Choice did a great job cleaning my 13 year old wool berber that was extremely badly soiled and heavily stained. Now looks great and i am very happy. Patrick was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. It's good to have an operator who know's his stuff and knows exactly what carpet fibre it is because all the previous cleaners had no clue. I had these fabric dining chairs which i had for 7 years, loved them alot but i couldnt stop them from getting dirts and stains after years of using them. I despise getting my carpets steam cleaned because of the residual odours, and fragrances used so make every effort to avoid the need. No shoes, vacuum daily etc. But when I needed to steam clean I used Locals Choice. He is amazing. Hands down. No residual left in the carpet and you can tell it is really hot water that he uses. I was once totally ripped off by another cleaner who used cold water from my laundry sink in a mobile cleaning machine that was pushed over the carpet. The result was disgusting. They sprayed lavender all over my carpet and the smell made me sick for 2 months. Despite my calls to them they wouldn't refund the cost, despite their "guarantee". Locals Choice is a White Knight in comparison. There are heaps of companies in Christchurch who promise everything but after hearing reports from other people about the service why waste time. Honestly, Locals Choice is the best! I am a Dyson girl who hates smells and dirty floors, and is very suspicious about services. The other thing about Locals Choice is that it is one man only who does the work, and he owns the company! Highly recommended!!
