I recently brought an existing home, that was in a pretty bad state. I knew I wanted to get the carpets professionally cleaned after I had painted the interior and before I moved in. CleanRite popped up on my search for a carpet cleaner, and as I knew I wanted to support a small local business. I decided to message. I got prompt replies straight away, I explained what I was after, how big the house was and then a price was set in place. Easy as. On the day of carpet cleaning, John arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and set to work. I had a pretty bad stain on one of the carpets, orange Fanta (we think) and he managed to work his magic with numerous potions and got it out. All while being an absolute joy to have a chat with. Kia Ora, I saw Clean rite advertisement on Buy sell/Face book, I was instantly impressed with the method that Clean rite uses to remove carpet stains. My stain was very bad (pet urine) and I was advised the only way to replace it was with new carpet ( very expensive) John was very professional and exhausted every way of removing this stain and it come up very good. I am extremely happy with the Quality of work, Value for money, Johns professionalism, response time to come and evaluate my carpet stain. I sat with John while he worked on my carpet and explained every step of the process and also great advice on my carpet care for my new home. John was punctual as time is very important to Us. Carpets weren't stained or dirty, just needed a freshen up and pile lifting in heavy tracked areas. All looking good and very competitive pricing. No nasty chemicals used. Highly recommend.

My big neapolitan mastiff had a big accident (the trotts, really bad!) on my light colored carpet, last night,as you could imagine, big dog big mess! I dry reached cleaning up what I could this morning. I went to work thinking about how I was going to get out the awful stain and smell, rug doctor, scrubbing by hand, thankfully I took the time to search for carpet cleaners, I found cleanright, thankfully. I definitely wanted it cleaned today, John was busy, and couldn't make it till the next day, but he called back and made time at the end of the day and did an awesome job! The stain is completely removed and the smell too! I was very worried about it being permanent! But again thankfully my big pooches upset tummy has left no trace, and he is good and well now. Very thankful all round! Worth every Cent and some! You will be pleased as I am, even though I would rather not have had the experience of such a mess.

John did a very good job on our carpets. Last night we went out for dinner and one of our dogs chewed up some left over Indian curries that had been left on the kitchen counter. Resulted in bright orange and red stains all through our house, one stain very large in particular. We were quite worried that they would end up being permanent. We called CleanRite and said that we had a bit of an emergency, they came the day we called almost immediately and cleaned the carpet well. He vacuumed for us, used a steamer and removed all our stains. As well as gave some advice in regards to what kind of vacuum cleaner is ideal to us. We have two dogs, so naturally our carpet gets very dirty. He has done a good job to clean it and make the home smell nice.
