F. W.Excellent service from Cotters, would highly recommend Chris. Our 2 Bosch ovens were both repaired very quickly and efficiently. One part did have to come from Germany but it arrived pretty much on schedule within the 10 working days they said. Also replaced an oven light for me which hadn't been working for years and was impossible to fix unless the oven was already being taken apart, so I am pretty pleased with that as well.
