Amazing job done by Johan. I'm thrilled with the stain being able to be removed as thought it would be insurance claim for sure. I got the lounge done for extra so now the main areas look clean and all the same. The carpet is old so I had low expectations but Johan spent time on them and they came up the best they could. I'm very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a great job!

Really stoked with the service from Kim - he went above and beyond my expectations including cleaning a small stain on the carpet while he was there. I had organised another company to come to do the job and they didn't even bother to call back after missing the appointment. Would not hesitate to book again. I don't normally write reviews but this was great!

So friendly and helpful! Kim did a fantastic job on our fabric La-z-boy couch - it had gotten really discoloured from use and my husband sitting on it after work in his construction clothes. Now it looks like almost new! It even came in under the quote they provided and they included a spot cleaner. Very professional :)

Mike did an amazing job steam cleaning our older couch. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it was incredible the difference that the clean made. Awesome friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended!

If I could give a 10 star review I would - JAE were absolutely fantastic this evening in my night of horror! I came home from work to find my puppy had broken into a pooh bag (used!) and smeared its contents throughout my living room right next to my kitchen. It was disgusting!! I phoned JAE at 4.15pm and they had a technician at my house at 4.30pm. Now that's impressive. Lovely technician, a fantastic service and I would never ever use another another company again. Thanks JAE!

We had a very bad stain on our lounge carpet, we could not remove it, but it was no problem for Kim from Jae, not only did he remove the stain, but he cleaned the entire room! Kim was very professional and friendly, we are extremely satisfied with the result and would recommend Jae to anyone.

Kim did an amazing job on our carpet and couches. Everything looks and feels clean. JAE's is expensive but the quality of the clean is superb.

Glenn spot cleaned a pet stain and also a thorough clean of the carpet, he did a great job. Glenn was very pleasant to deal with. They take the dirty water away. We have used Jae's many times over the years and have never been disappointed.

JAE responded fantastically to our Saturday morning flood. They were courteous and professional, and did their best to minimise damage and the impact on us. All the staff that we saw, or spoke to on the phone, were excellent, and Mike who responded initially was outstanding - he was sympathetic, offered good advice on insurance and even said he liked my coffee. I would recommend JAE Christchurch North and West without hesitation as a great team of professional, caring people who really know what they are doing.

When our house was inundated JAE was the same day present to help us. They were so kind, professional and they did every thing to help us. When they are making an appointment they are there on time. JAE was fantastic from the minute I discovered my flood until they left my house with gorgeously clean and dry carpets. Every staff member I dealt with from office staff to the guys who came to my house were all professional , empathetic, and so nice to work with. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly and they took what was a really stressful event for me and made it all better!

My partner and I had Johan Vergeer clean the carpets in our 6 bedroom home yesterday, and were thrilled with the results. Having 10 cats and a German Shepherd, the occasional mess occurs, and the time had come for a better treatment than the public is able to purchase from pet stores. We chose Jae from the website as you don't stay in business long term by providing poor service, so felt confident that all would be well. In conclusion, 10/10 for Johan and Jae North and West, very reasonably priced too, this will naturally vary according to size of job and how much staining requires removal. We'll call Jae next October to book Johan again.

Cant thank Mike and the team enough for the amazing service! No one wanted to believe me when I said that the DOG turned the shower on and no one noticed for 20 minutes!! But flooded we got - and Mike came to the rescue straight away! But the professionalism and FRIENDLINESS of the staff has been fantastic and made a stressful situation that much easier. Arriving home from holiday to be greeted by burst plumbing and a sodden house - is less than ideal. Glenn and Mike at JAE's Carpet Cleaning were both personable and efficient, providing a very high quality service. I rang my insurance company to report a stovetop fire in the morning and less than one hour later Kim Coffin from JAE CHCH North rang to arrange a time that afternoon to come out and look at the damage. I thought, "Gosh that was quick!" Kim arrived with her helper Astrid and they started work straight away. They cleaned my kitchen , dining, lounge ,efficiently and beautifully, just the way you would like to have it done. Nothing was missed out. It was just a joy to see such kind ladies doing such a thorough job. Next, my carpet and furniture was cleaned by JAE carpet cleaners who did an amazing job of cleaning and deodorizing all my furniture as well as deodorizing my drapes. I am happy to report that my house no longer has the nasty, acrid, burnt smell that you just can't get out yourself. I cannot praise KIM and JAE, CHCH NORTH enough. The service, kindness and efficiency was wonderful. I now have a clean ,fresh, home and it's all thanks to JAE. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone who needs just a little cleaning or a major miracle. Thank you again, Lyn McClure.

We had a house flood - burst pipes in the ceiling. We were put on to JAE from our Insurance Company. Laurence arrived the same afternoon, gave us some great advice, dried out our carpets and ceilings in two rooms. Cleaned the carpets and assisted us with our loss adjuster/Insurance company as they had categorized our claim incorrectly. Gorja and Laurence went above and beyond for us and done a great job. 5 star service, Thank you both so much...much appreciated.

Kim and her team were absolutely brilliant after we suffered a chimney fire - they had the house looking and smelling fresh and lovely again, and organised the extra ozone machine clean for me. They went the extra mile to make this stress free - I would recommend them to anyone.
