Excellent service. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and well taken care of. The studio apartment has its own kitchenette, on suite and laundry. Cannot fault the accomodation at all. The only down side is there is no restaurant on the premises. But this is a very minor problem, as there are many places to eat within walking distance of the Ramada. Highly recommend.

Great room and shower. The bed was very uncomfortable ,made my back hurt. My daughter had another room and said she had the worst sleep ever because of her bed as well

Location, service, friendly staff who make you feel valued and welcome, along with the facilities and cleanliness of units, makes this my accomodation choice every time I'm in CHCH for business. Highly recommended.

Good location, fairly new. Linen was lovely as we're the towels. TV really should allow for Bluetooth, or have a cable to connect to laptops etc. Room was nice with everything you would need.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s central enough to walk to the city centre yet not, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and not so busy street. My bed was super comfortable (soft), clean and tidy. I had a studio room which was perfect for one or even two people. The facilities were clean (didn’t use it though), clean bathroom and toilet and the shower had great water pressure ;). As you’d expect with apartments, it has a washer and dryer... the staff are lovely, super informative and friendly. I had to cancel my booking (total of 5 rooms) due to COVID travel restrictions and rebook, it was all handled efficiently. The staff made it work for us. Thanks so much. I will recommend this place for business and leisure trips.

This is a great place to stay. I am working in Christchurch for a few weeks and this is a great place. The space is clean and the facilities are fantastic. Having a kitchen and a laundry in the apartment with you is valuable. They also jave fresh air vents that can blow air into the room which i liked a lot so it didnt feel stuffy in the room. All in all, a great stay.

Absolutely awesome experience from the gentleman at reception, the room (studio) was fabulously clean and well set out. The fact it had a washing machine and dryer an absolute blessing. The price was also incredibly good. We will return here again when we come back to Christchurch. The ladies on reception have also to be mentioned for their friendly cheerful attention. Thank you.

Second time here, good service and nice room. The rooms were not available until 3pm unfortunately, was a bit disappointed as something similar happened in our last visit. But other than that we loved this place and will be back, love the free car parks available on-site too :)

Recommended Located close to the the heart of the city. This hotel is modern, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything you would expect from a decent hotel. The heart of the city was a short stroll away. The only noises I heard were the occasional passersby's in the passage and a squeaky cupboard door, which I assume came from the next room. The bed was comfortable enough. I was staying for 4 nights so this was a huge tick in my box. Everything worked as it should and nothing was dated. The artwork was not to my taste but that is a personal preference. Good size room. Cooking and washing facilities in the room is very convenient. The air vent is noisy.....but I turned it off and put on the air con and then all was good.

Clean rooms decent prices, can’t ask for much more

Excellent position, five minutes walk from the city centre. Good facilities with the washing machine as an added bonus. Also safe off road parking. Only slight drawbacks were lack of any outdoor space and rooms were late being serviced ( between 3 and 4o'clock in the afternoon) Would happily stay again.

I stayed in here for four nights and have nothing to complain about! The location is very convenient in terms of getting from the airport to the hotel, just take the purple line and there is a stop right outside the hotel. Nearby also has a little dining place and supermarket. The staff were very nice and friendly, and explained everything very detailed during my check-in. The room has a little kitchen where I could cook my own breakfast and they have washing machine and dryer provided with washing powder! Everything worked perfectly in my room and the air-con worked very well maintain the room very warm. Overall, I would stay again if I come to Christchurch again in the future! Thanks to all the staff there!

I was impressed. Stayed 3 x days. Had a disability room as hotel was quite full. Great size with small but well set up kitchenette. The reception staff across all days/ nights were very friendly and helpful. Cafe next door on one side and a very good coffee shop/ cafe on the other were both excellent Will definitely stay again

We loved our stay here👍 the young man (matt/max apologies if wrong) on the reception desk greeted us with a warm smile and hello! Very helpful and nothing was a problem. The washing machine and dryer was an added bonus especially for a family. We will definitely be staying again😊😊

New hotel. Friendly staff. Accommodated early check in - thanks. Clean. Studio room lacks storage and extra hangars. No dressers. Looks like it's missing furniture? Some street noise in the early am but good location. Clean bathroom with laundry in room, great! Good for 1 nighters. Would look elsewhere for long term stays.

Great staff, welcoming right from the start, room was the best, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, small balcony, everything in the room you could want, clean and comfortable, would highly recommend 😀

This hotel has everything you need including a kitchenette, washer and dryer, and parking. The room was very comfortable and it's an easy walk to the centre city and supermarket. All the staff were lovely.

The Hotel is in a great location. Being new it's clean and tidy. It was to get back to the room after a long day to a nice clean room with the bed made. The shower was excellent. The only downside was the double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and the join inthe middle was uncomfortable to sleep on, so my sleep wasn't as good as it could have been. I will be staying there again if I'm in Christchurch again.

New and clean, friendly service. Room configuration was perfect for us and the kitchen/laundry amenities were a bonus. Wifi was fast and ample parking either on site or on the street. Only disadvantage was that it's a bit further of a walk to the main city action.

“Good location” Centrally located, clean and tidy rooms. I like to stay here as it's comfortable, quiet and modern. My only small criticism is there was only 1 wine glass and 1 glass tumbler which weren't clean but am sure that is easy enough to remedy.

We will return back to it next time we visit. Great staff and very well equiped rooms. The 1 bedroom was great.

I really enjoyed my stay here ***** with my partner. Good location near CBD and Alice Cinematheque movie theatre. My partner and I loved how well-equiped it was and how close it was to everything within the city. Places to eat and supermarkets are within walking distance. The shower was excellent.

Good location though carpark space is very very limited. With how it's designed, the public can easily leave their car here while they pop out for dinner, leaving hotel guests having no space to park their cars, especially on weekends. Had to park at the entrance of the hotel almost onto the pedestrian walkway one night.

Was a really nice place but was let down by some of the service. Communication around payment and trying to take money two days before we even arrived seemed strange to me. Then just about everytime we tried to see reception it was unattended. The room was really nice if not a tad too much squeezed into a small place. The make up of the room in the morning was great. Overall a nice experience but some improvement required. Has the potential to be a great place to stay.

Room is nice big and clean. The reception of day we check out was a little bit impolite, and the sound insulation is not good.

Free parking! (Also if a guest arrives) Great location Large room with washing machine, drier (at last my track wear are dry!!) and a nice kitchenette. I fail to think about anything negative.

The wifi works which is not always the case and the apartments have all the amenities I need. There's no toiletries because the hotel is trying to be green so there's a single shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. At over $300 a night, this was a pricey place to stay.

Within walking distance of the city centre and with lots of cool bars nearby these are brilliant for a stay in Christchurch. The full use of a washing machine and dryer in our room was fantastic after being on the road for a week. No need to wait around waiting for them to be done like you would with a communal one.

Positives: Clean, quiet, wonderful location, free parking and wifi. In-unit washer / dryer, price reasonable Negatives: Room had broken trash can, limited TV channels (8), no food or bar at hotel (but there were 4 great breakfast places within 1 block - recommend: Unknown)

The guy at the concierge was super friendly. Room was clean and tidy and it featured a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine were available too. Close to the center of the city.

Am enjoying my suite no view but very relaxing after doing the tourist thing in Christchurch. Pleasant staff on the desk.

Excellent location to walk all of central Christchurch. We were able to walk to the lovely quaint cinema and have a pre film meal delivered to our table down plastic tubes. The people running the establishment welcomed us on arrival and …

Have stayed here twice in two different types of rooms. First time on the second floor - didn't like that the windows didn't open so no fresh air had to use air con, also the beds had odd vynl headboard/pillow/??? Things that made the beds short and feet hang over the bottom, fine once we realised they weren't attached and ditched on the floor each night. Would be fine for overnight but after several days we weren't fans. The second time staying we were on the top floor and it had a little balcany with window that opened - made a huge difference, these units also had big separate rooms with a second tv in master, and full size fridge. Overall both times pros: great customer service at reception, great water pressure in shower, washing machine and dryer in the bathrooms quite handy, even has soap powder packs to uus. Com: thin walls, some inconsistency with daily room servicing (e.g. we would wash dishes but not get the dish wash liquid replaced the next day. Friends in neighboring room would did get it replaced when they used it)

Great location, 15 min walk to the middle of Christchurch. My room was well set out in that it could be partitioned into a bedroom/living area. The location makes it easy to walk to the centre of town and if you're going further the bus station is just up the street. Handy for good dining.

The owners and the staff are so welcoming and good fun. Rooms are very clean and kept in good shape. Well done, i look forward to many more visits.

Quite good, central. I give 4 stars as my unit is at top floor -5th floor which is east & west facing. It is good now but can be abit hot in summer due to west sun. But u do get to see beautiful sunset from bedroom.

We are as family felt very warmed welcoming by Kaniska the Duty manager at that time. The rooms were very clean and maintained well. thank you Kaniska for your service and time. We are certainly looking forward for our next visit.

The Ramada Suites was in a great location to look around the Centre and if you need to catch a bus at the Bus Station. The rooms are clean and tidy. Kanishka (general ***ager) is sucha friendly and helpful guy. Would stay again when visiting Christchurch again, top place.

Had wanted to have people over to see us but given that the room we had booked was not usable for this we had to change our plans. Staff were very friendly. Very good value. I used the Metro (bus) a lot and the suite was only a 10 minute walk to the bus station. Conveniently located near Moorhouse shopping complex.

The Ramada Suites Christchurch City is centrally located near ***y of the cities emerging bars and cafes and this was a true highlight of our stay. The Suites are VERY comfortable, and very quiet, despite the busy location. In the room the fan in the bathroom was loud and banged as if it was falling out.

Brand new, very clean, great bed, great water pressure, and free laundry in every room! This place is great! Staff is also very friendly.

This is the first time I saw a hotel offering washing machine, dryer, detergent, dishwasher, cooker and kettle for free and in zoom~~yes, in my room, fantastic, and free parking.

Excellent room was great. Service desk very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to others and hope to be back soon.

I would like to say million thanks to the manager Mr Kaniska for my stay recently, he is very helpful and friendly which makes me comfortable during my stay although I feel that Chirstchurch city is still in ruin, his positive attitude makes me feel that I should stay long enough to enjoy the other surrounding area of Chirstchurch. I went to Akaroa for a day trip, it was beautiful. The staff Sachin & Roshmi are both very helpful , thank you. The room facilities are great, bed & pillows are very comfortable. I would recommend this is the best apartment in Chirstchurch city.

Housekeeping finally arrived in room after half an hour wait and moved to new room. Windy and rainy weather and the door is closed. The accommodation is close to the heart of Christchurch (about 10-15 minutes walk) and is set up well for travellers in my mode. There is air conditioning in the room.
