Our children damaged an expensive item of furniture in a relative’s house we were staying in while on holiday in Queenstown. Initially we tried fixing the problem with one of the more well known upholstery companies in QT & NZ, but they were unsuccessful in removing the stain and told us to claim on insurance. We then phoned Michael for a second opinion. Thank goodness we did! He was outstanding and knows his stuff, after some expert work he resolved the issue. Friendly, prompt, professional, gets the result, everything you hope for in an experience with a trades person. I recommend you call Michael first and avoid the time wasting and anguish we went through!

This is the second time we have used Crown Carpet Cleaning and I highly recommend them! First time was to clean red wine off a cream carpet!! Second time was to dry the carpet after a flood. Incredible service and so easy to deal with. Mike and his team are very professional and know their stuff! Our carpets had seen better days, various stains and 4 years of foot and paw traffic. I was absolutely blown away with the quality of work, I honestly thought they had just laid a brand new wool carpet! 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
